"I stayed here for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were in a villa. The villa was dark and smelled musty. When I checked in I was not informed there was a shuttle service to the city center so I spent money on taxis which was unnecessary. The first night I was visiting my daughter and reached out to the hotel to call a taxi. This request was refused! My cell could not make the call. The third night I stayed in a room in the main part of the hotel. This was a much nicer space - brighter and no musty...

"The ac was not working in one of the rooms, I reported since the first day but nothing happened, they brought me a small fan a heater that make more noise that cooling anything. El hotel muy bonito pero el problema del aire mucho calor en una de las habitaciones, lo reporté pero no se arregló, mucho calor para dormir. El desayuno puede estar mejor, el parqueo muy pequeño que problema para entrar o salir muy incómodo para parquear."
