I tried to pay the balance through VRBO when it was due but although card details were repeatedly entered to website the payment did not go through so the balance remained unpaid and was very overdue. The website was not clear on this and the property owners were understandably very concerned"

"This is a lovely property allowing for a restful, relaxed stay with comfort . The verandas on both sides offer a choice of sun and shade; the neighborhood is a residential one , away from the noisy center, yet convenient to all points of interest and beaches. L'accueil de Mme Barbeau ainsi que ses conseils de découvertes ( notamment la poissonnerie de l'Aiguillon ) sont plus que parfaits. "Clean and well appointed apartment a stones throw from the beach in a great resort. Ideal for beach or surfing holidays. There were two big problems with the accommodation. Firstly, the apartment is directly opposite a nightclub which plays extremely loud music from midnight to 6am. Those leaving the club congregate outside the balcony windows. Secondly, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. These two factors combine to make sleep very difficult. We bought ear plugs and put the sofabed...
