Whether you're traveling as a couple, solo, with family, or with friends, our apartment in a contemporary single-story villa is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation, as well as for a stay during a business trip, remote work, or a wellness retreat. We would be delighted to welcome you to our villa, rated 4 stars by the Tourist Office. In addition to welcoming you, we also offer a relaxing break with the option of booking additional wellness treatments. Here is the list: - Micro-cranial massage. The resulting well-being relieves tension in the skull and provides deep, lasting relaxation. PGJyPg - Hypnosis and/or Dynamic Biofeedback sessions by a certified professional. PGJyPg - Massage chair. PGJyPg - Foot and hand reflexology by a certified RNCP reflexologist. PGJyPg - Osteopathy by a D.O. osteopath. PGJyPg - Sports session with or without Electro-Myo-Stimulation by a state-certified sports coach. PGJyPg - Private swimming lessons for children and adults (learn to swim), aquaphobia for children and adults by a bilingual Sports Instructor specializing in Aquatic Activities and Swimming. (French/English). The prices for each of these activities can be found in the Sty QR app, which you can access. Treatments and classes are subject to availability at the time of booking. The contemporary, high-end accommodation in a single-story house offers 48 m² of living space and is brand new (2025). All comforts: - Large bedroom that can accommodate 2 people in a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a single sofa bed (109x193 cm, 13 cm thick). - Modern, fully equipped living room/kitchen. Sofa bed convertible into a double bed (140x190). Smart TV. Dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave/grill oven, and all necessary equipment are at your disposal. - Bathroom with a bathtub (180x80) and a shower (100x80) with a large washbasin, round illuminated mirror, and adjoining magnifying mirror. - Separate WC. The outdoor area includes: - Heated 3x6m swimming pool, 1.40m deep, surrounded by an exotic wood deck. The pool has a motorized submerged cover that can only be opened and closed by an adult. - Terrace equipped with 2 padded sun loungers, 2 padded sunbeds with leg rests. - An extendable dining table for added comfort, located under a pergola sheltered by a shade sail. - An outdoor lounge area is available for enjoying drinks or simply reading. - At the rear of the house, a griddle and a deep fryer are available for your use. - Outdoor electrical outlets are available. The outdoor spaces are shared. The owners are discreet and available for any requests. Fiber optic internet ensures a high-quality and fast connection throughout the outdoor area. The little extras of the accommodation: - All bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival (towels of various sizes, sheets, duvet covers, kitchen towels, etc.). Please note: Beach towels are not provided. - Free parking outside the villa; electric vehicle charging is available for an additional fee. PGJyPg Ideal location: - The lake is 5 minutes away by car or bike via the cycle path located 500m from the exit of the housing development. - The ocean is 20 minutes away by car, 10-20 km away. - The pine forest is a 5-minute walk. - Shops are 2 minutes away by car or a 10-15 minute walk from the town center (700m). - Ychoux train station is 9 Km.
