"The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath. The house is set in the midst of the Tuscan hills with hikes starting right from the front door. The grounds in the nature preserve are lovely with local plantings. "Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. Overall a wonderful and charming place! I would highly recommend!"

"I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....
