The swimming pool was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. Fabio at the front desk was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and even taught us a few phrases in Italian. He also gave us great recommendations for places to eat inside the walled city, which turned out to be some of our favorite meals in Lucca. The lady at the snack bar and breakfast service was equally delightful, always courteous and providing exceptional service that made mornings feel special. Hotel San Marco offered both comfort and genuine hospitality, making our time in Lucca even more memorable."
