"I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? I posted the photos of our room but good old...

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"Really Nice flat, with two bed for two people, and one other bed for one. Two bathroom, it’s very usefull. Thank you for you’re welcome."

"A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality"

"Place was clean, but may not have been used for a while as there is an odor of sewer when I first arrived. I ran water in all the drains, opened the windows, and it went away. But I would recommend if the property manager knows no one has been there for a while, to check it before it is rented. I get that Belgium has a thing for buying your linen, but they knew I was one person and outfitted all three beds and lots of towels. Lastly, they kept trying to charge me to take out the garbage but...

"Met our needs fully. Steep stairs to be aware of if you have any sort of mobility issues. Good location in relation to city center, only about a 20 minute walk."

"The lock to the building was broken on arrival and it took us two hours to access the property / building ! We were dismissed by Huswell for days that they were not responsible to fix the lock. The first night we were locked into the building because of the broken lock which is a huge safety issue in case of a fire ! We requested more towels and we were dismissed. We had 2 small hand towels and 2 not so large ( medium ) bath towels for 2 for 8 nights ! It’s disgusting ! No hand towels in the...

"Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto's. Stijlvol ingericht, heel ruim voor twee personen. Compleet ingerichte keuken. Comfortabel bed, fijne badkamer. Op de begane grond zit een brunchrestaurant, daar komt wel wat geluid van naar boven. Grootste minpunt betreft de wijze waarop de eigenaar heeft gekozen te communiceren. Dit verloopt dramatisch slecht. Helaas!"

"Location was the best part of our stay. Very close to the heart of the city and easy to reach from St. Pieter’s train station by tram and a bit of walking. The accommodation is clean and well stocked with basic kitchen items, including cooking oil, salt, and pepper. It was a nice touch to be able to get a cup of coffee and pastry on our first morning. I do think that the listing should be more forthcoming about the challenge of getting up quite steep and shallow, tread steps. It is two levels...
