I would have loved to rate it 5 stars; however, 3 of the 4 nights we did not have hot water. "Communication with the manage/owner was excellent. This is a nice apartment! We were basically 5 adult-sized people (2 adults, 3 adult-sized teens :). It is a pretty small space for all 5 of us. Luckily, we did not spend that much time in the apartment, so it was fine! We definitely appreciated the fans provided, and were glad we each brought our own travel-sized fans as well. Accessibility to the metro, groceries and restaurants is great!"

"I loved the area. Very vibrant but quiet enough. We had a small studio, but we already knew it would be. It was clean and cozy. The only issue we had was with the shower.
