Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will result in a charge of 50 euros.
After 8 p.m., service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, the guest will be fully responsible for the costs.

We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.

After 8 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be subject to an additional surcharge.
