Former shop completely renovated into an apartment with independent entrance from the street

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with double sofa bed and open-plan kitchen,

A bedroom with double bed and its private bathroom.



A home cinema with a double sofa bed can be found in the basement. Be aware , access to the basement is via steep staircase. Not recommended to elderly people.



We are happy to give you access to our GYM for FREE, located on 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, open everyday from 9am to 6pm. Please book your time slot either at our agency on 9 rue du Caire 75002.
