Magnificent 200 sqm Haussmannian apartment, typically Parisian, in a quiet and chic neighborhood of Paris, located 100 meters from Parc Monceau, and close to the Champs Elysées, Madeleine, and the Opera, very accessible (5 minutes from several metro and bus lines: Villiers / Europe / Saint Lazare 2, 3, and 7).

Nearby, you will find numerous shops including an excellent bakery, a small supermarket, as well as quality food stores at Treilhard market or Rue de Levis. The building access provides maximum security with a security code, intercom, and concierge.

A Perfect Parisian Experience

First of all, I would like to say what a beautiful flat this is. Our hosts were truly gracious and kind. This is a family home, so it was perfect for my family of 6. And our hosts were so kind to help me with some of my specific needs for my 5 year old daughter. I had always fantasized about having a Parisian apartment so this was the perfect opportunity for me to live out something on my bucket list. It is an 18th century apartment with all of the beautiful plaster moldings and high ceilings. My favorite part of the apartment was the kitchen. It is compact, as most European kitchens are, but it is very well organized and our hosts are obviously accomplished chefs. I was able to make one of the best meals ever to celebrate New Year's Day and host my college daughter's study abroad host mother and family for an elegant sit down dinner. Truly, I can say this was one of the best vacations of our lives! We will have these memories forever.
