Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a room with a double bed ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen

- and a living room with a sofa bed.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, oven.

The apartment is located near the "Pigalle" and "Anvers" metro stations.
You will find a supermarket "Monop' PIGALLE" at 2 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest close to the accommodation :
- the district of Montmartre (two steps from the accommodation),
- the rue des martyrs (very nice street with a lot of stores and restaurants at 3 minutes by foot).
- and the rue des abbesses (5 minutes by foot)

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
