The beautiful 45 sqm 1 bedroom apartment is offering 2 terraces that overlooks pretty Parisian roofs. It is furnished with good quality and nice decor & fully equipped.
It features a nice cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, table for 4 and sofa bed open on a beautiful terrace perfect for lunch or to enjoy the sun. The bedroom is also opened on its own private terrace which lets a lot of light coming in. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilets, and bidet. Large wardrobe in the corridor.
The apartment belongs to a standing building that was previously a luxury hotel and who offers a large lobby, concierge 7/7, and 2 large modern lifts. Public transportation are very convenient to go everywhere you like in a very short time. Sheets and linen are provided.

Comfortable

Stayed 3 months AUGUST THRU OCTOBER. First 2 weeks PARIS HAD RECORD BREAKING HEAT 94+. There was no AC (as listed) BUT DID HAVE balconies off bedroom and living space which helped and we bought a floor fan. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and shower great with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked…oven did not work. The rooms were cluttered with decorative items. We did have adequate closet space Overall we had a very nice stay…the location wasOUTSTANDING! Awnings on both balconies were helpful with afternoon sun.
