We loved our stay! The Flat was in easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, shops, places to eat and the Metro. The host was amazing at checking in before and during our stay. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Paris.

We enjoyed our stay at Émeline's place! She was so responsive and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed to be able to cook in and sleep well. Plenty of space for us--3 adults and 4 small children. So conveniently located: walkable to the metro and to the Eiffel Tower, and most importantly to us, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The boulangeries in this neighborhood had the best pastries, and lots of convenient places to get fresh fruit and picnic staples :)

I would give this six stars if I could. Utterly perfect property from which to explore Paris. Lovely neighbourhood, lots of fabulous food shops, restaurants and a local market. Owners were lovely, very easy to deal with and very helpful. One point to note: this is a proper family home - it feels like a happy home that’s full of love. If you’re looking for a bland, grey, dedicated rental flat where you couldn’t identify the country if you were dropped into the house blindfold, this isn’t for you. Me? I didn’t want to leave.

Emmeline was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is cozy and lovely. So close to many restaurants and a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower and many metro stops. Just perfect! What a way to start the year!

Nice place to call home for a stay for a family of 5. Good place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Pros: location near bakeries, metro stations, short walk to Eiffel Tower, plenty of hot water from on demand water heater. Cons: Shower head mounted on ceiling does not work - plan to take baths or use handheld shower head, heating is minimal / non-existent so plan to bundle up for bed, no power outlets in main bedroom, fitted sheet on master bed mattress are too big for the thin mattress so every morning the fitted sheet would be undone especially if you toss and turn in your sleep.

QUINTESSENTIAL APARTMENT

This apartment was perfect for us. Vlose to the subway, cafes, shopping and the Eiffel tower. It reminded me of Paris apartments I've seen in the movies. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, charming stay in Paris!

What a great spot! Lovely and quiet neighborhood, close to sites like Eiffel Tower, great bakeries, brasseries, and bars. The place itself was a great space - 2 good size bedrooms and a nice bath with a soaking tub. And a washer and dryer, which came in handy for our longer stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Paris Family Trip

Great location in a very safe area. Very helpful host, Emeline was great to communicate with. Our family of six filled the space and yet we were comfortable.

Overall and phenomenal apartment. Close to metro, groceries, cafes. Quiet (except for school recess) street that felt very safe. Elevator worked, no stairs required. Bathtub requires a very large step into the tub to access the shower. Couches are great for families, are low, and would be hard for a person with impaired mobility. Host was extremely responsive, had a host greet us and share information to get us settled.

A lovely apartment, in a great location, felt like france rather than tourist Paris. The information that was left for us was excellent, and helped our stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful family property

This property worked wonderfully for my older family of 5. Extremely close to everything, amazing location. Emeline was the best hostess and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well-taken care of. Itself because of her that we were able to truly enjoy the olympics and have a spectacular stay in Paris. Would absolutely stay here again.

Paris Vacation

Emeline, treated us like relatives coming to visit, she was very helpful and was right there when we needed her. The apartment is in a beautiful location of Paris, walking distance to the tower and plenty of food spots. The apartment is very spacious and plenty of room for my family of 5. Will be booking again when we return.

Charming Eiffel Tower neighborhood flat

Nearby to public transportation and the Eiffel Tower neighborhood, this charming flat was a terrific home base for our Paris adventures! Housing was clean and comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and was helpful with information to help us navigate arrival. We would definitely recommend this property to others, especially families.

Alles super

Perfekt, wenn man mit dem Auto abreist, da Stellplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden. Knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Eiffelturm. Bäckereien und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Lage ist relativ ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum. Nach Montmartre sind wir mit Über gefahren. Die Gastgeberinnen sind wirklich sehr nett und haben uns alles erklärt. Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage in Paris.

Christmas VRBO

Emeline was wonderful. She even came over and showed me how to run the washer/dryer. She needs to get new towels for the guest. Beach towels don’t cut it! Overall, nice stay

Excellent Rental-You Won’t be Disappointed

Emiline is an excellent hostess with a great rental. Always ready to quickly answer questions and give advice. The flat was very clean and spacious for Paris. The building had an elevator and was extremely safe. Located close to bakeries, supermarket and restaurants. You won’t be disappointed in this rental or hostess.
