Great location and views

From 7th floor I could see Notre Dame, The Pompidou Centre, and Sacre Coeur! All main sights were within 3 miles, so walked and explored a lot. Management was quick to respond to small issues with property. Only problem, not under their control, was the lift which was out of action throughout my stay. So 126 steps leaving and returning. Would have been a problem for less fit guests, or those with very heavy luggage.

La vue sans le confort

Situation et vue excellentes, mais le confort est très limité (pas de chauffage suffisant 3 jours sur 4). Aucune réparation. Installation très ancienne, centrale (immeuble), sans thermostat. Equipement cuisine peu pratique : ouverture lave-vaisselle bloquée par machine à laver . Platine VC de puissance insuffisante. Couvert et vaisselle limite (une seule petite cuillère !!!). TV en panne (pas d'intervention). et bien d'autres inconvénients. A EVITER

Joli petit appartement bien équipé, avec lave linge et lave vaisselle, bien situé à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants, entre notre Dame et le Panthéon. Résidence calme avec petit ascenseur. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Great views of Paris wit a very uncomfortable elevator!!

We loved waking up at the wonderful views but getting in and out of the apartment in a very tiny elevator was truely uncomfortable. The aprartment was comfortable and we got all we needed.
