Stayed here a few times, and delighted to see since the last stay, the hotel has undergone a renovation, which has drastically improved the great hotel as it was a little tired. Rooms were excellent, and location to Disney is incredible, just a 25 min walk. (Perfect way to start the day and not battling at the end of the day for a bus/taxi) - can’t wait until the next day

Good hotel near disneyland. Located near restaurants and shopping mall. Near train station as well. Offers free shuttle ride to the park. Room was clean,except for the carpet. The pull out couch wasn't ready , we had to open it and put the covers on. Not enough closet space to put clothes on (we were 4 persons).It was poorly lit, adding a lamp shade or two would've nice.

Great property for Disney parks- within 15 minutes walk away and a convenient free shuttle outside. Studio appt booked and was a good base- would have liked tea and coffee to be provided in room as had a kettle ( and would expect this as a basic for a hotel room) but would not stop me from returning! Hotel undergoing reservation- be mindful of this as some corridors are shut off/ light hanging down off wall in reception. Overall perfect if you want a budget stay near the parks- good as a base.

The renovated rooms are very nice and bed is comfortable. Even though new some parts of the room looked like they were falling apart slightly. Staff was friendly and check-in quick. Close to Disney Land and the mall which is great. Free shuttle service to Disney is convenient as well. Overall very good.

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a trip to Disney. We booked a 1 bed apartment and i was apprehensive after reading negative reviews. On arrival the reception was being given a make over with painters in and new carpet laid on 3rd floor where we were allocated a room. The roomwas great for usbwith a sofa bed in the living area. We did have a door that connected us tonanother room but the other guests were quiet and didnt distburb us thankfully. The tourist tax here was almost 12 euro for one night which could make a longer stay expensive. It was fine for us to put our head down for the nigth. Good location for Disney and they kept our luggage for us the next day which makes all the difference.

I love that the hotel is within easy walking distance of the shopping centre and Disneyland parks (there is also transport, but it can get busy). I also like the choice of apartment rooms. It can be a bit noisy though, mostly other guests. Some of the decoration is looking a bit tired. I would recommend this hotel for good value.

Perfect location for Disney with shuttle pretty much directly outside hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was that a lot of the features of the room were damaged or not working which we recorded as we put down a room deposit upon check-in. Great little and reasonable shop in the reception or fantastic restaurants 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend for Disney stays!

Modern and very nice hotel in a clean area just by the large mall, a reasonable walk to anything. Our sole complaint was the free shuttle; it was good but sometimes came by EARLY and left early, which serves no one at all. But this isn't the hotel's fault.

Arrived at the property late in the evening, staff wasn’t friendly, online advertised free parking and then I was told we need to pay so had to park else where, room was freezing for the whole time we were there, asked reception got given one extra blanket to keep 2 warm. Our room was beside the electric box and was terribly loud and windy the whole time

The hotel is very run down. Ripped wallpaper all around the building, leaking ceiling with buckets catching the water. The light switches or shower didnt work in my room. I was told by the member of staff the first night he couldn’t do anything about it and I had to wait until the next morning. Travelling with a baby and having no cot or a double bed was not ideal either. The following day, the notes had not been passed on and the room was left in the exact same way. The lady on the desk upgraded us to solve 2/3 of our issues and the final night the 3rd issue was resolved. Hotel has a very dark and gloomy feel - even in the rooms with lack of lighting. Location is great with walking distance to Disneyland and the shopping centre, however I would be reluctant to stay again due to the actual hotel rooms. Advice would be to anyone wanting to stay would be book the room with the wrap around balcony and AVOID the non balcony rooms.

ディズニーから程近く静かでとても広く綺麗で良かったです。 ただ無料バスがそんなに無いので、チェックイン時間や荷物を起きに行くには結局は有料バスに頼るか歩いて戻るしか無い所は少し残念です。 しかし、日本人が海外で求めるクオリティのレベルに達してると思います。 お値段も安いしディズニーやアウトレットを利用する方にはお勧めします。

This is a 3 star property which has all the amenities you would need in an apartment should you wish to have a cheaper Disney experience. There is a bakery within walking distance and the shopping centre with a range of shops, restaurants and a supermarket which is a nice change from the frantic Disney experience. We didn’t have the weather / time to use the pool but it was heated and clean. The best bit about this accommodation is that it’s a 15 minute walk from Disney which means you don’t have to rely on the excellent shuttle service and means you can have a break / refresh and go again (ideal for the final show)
