Situated close to the Catacombes, this apartment is great for 2 guests, complete with a botanical balcony. Just a 12 minute journey from Ile de Cite.

On the 3rd floor of the building- with an elevator up to the entrance.

The living and dining room offers lots of light and views out to the balcony. The furnishings are nice and eye-catching, with sofas and armchairs in orange and green, with a central coffee table. There is also a dining area in this room, with a table, surrounding chairs and plenty of artworks on the wall.

The balcony offers lots of plants and views to the surrounding architecture. There are sliding doors for access.

Great experience with the apartment, however was surprised by the requirement to sign a 10 page contract, including terms giving Veeve and their agents access to the apartment at any time without prior notice. Although the experience was great this contract would cause me to have some hesitation to rent through Veeve again.

Our stay at the apartment was great. We were met by the Veeve greeter who showed us around the place and had made sure it was ready. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and well maintained. It is also conveniently located 5 min away from the metro and there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!
