Modern apartment in the heart of old Paris. In a 17th century building two houses from that of Molière, on the second floor without elevator. It consists of two rooms separated by a screen and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the bedroom, the 140 cm bed is completed with a sofa of the brand Steiner comfortable and easy to open in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. It contains all the equipment needed to set the table. In addition, a grocery store is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is a hair dryer, of course. The toilet is separated. The location is magical: 200 meters from the Louvre Museum and 100 meters from the Jardin du Palais Royal ... Everything is accessible!

Had a great stay at Victorias unit. It was in a great location. Victoria met us and gave us some good advice about the area. There were 4 of us 2 adults and 2 teens. Would book again! All the comforts of home!

Perfect parisien getaway

We were so comfortable in this great spot. Pullout couch was comfy for the kids and two fans were key for pleasant sleeping. Loved it!

Wonderful

The apartment was organized and arranged. Victoria was a very nice and communicative host. The location of the apartment is very convenient. The apartment is close to the Biblioteque Nationale and the Galerie Vivienne, both beautiful and recommended places to visit.

This IS Paris!

Centrally located to everything you want to see! Took us about a 45 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, which is beautiful at night! Our host Victoria meet us there and made sure we knew where everything was and answered any questions we might have had. Beds were super comfortable even the couch bed we extremely comfortable, and I have serious back issues, which always is a concern of mine when staying at rental properties. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Perfect location! Lovely Host!

Nine minutes walk to the Louvre. 20 minutes Uber to the Eiffel Tower. Fantastic, friendly and helpful host. She is amazing and so welcoming. I would recommend this apartment and this host. We would definitely stay again when we visit Paris next time. Clean, tidy and everything we could need in the kitchen, bathroom and living space. Bed was so comfortable with very nice bedding. Superb stay.

Perfect Paris Spot

Our family could not have been happier with our experience at Victoria’s place. She was a wonderful host — explaining everything thoroughly and checking in throughout our stay. The apartment is even better than the pictures show. It’s tiny, but our family of four (kids are 8 and 12) was totally fine in the space. Walking distance to everything — metro, restaurants, grocery, Louvre, etc. Even in the heat of summer, the windows and fans kept the place cool. We would definitely stay there again!

Super friendly host and great location

To start lets just say Victoria was a super friendly host, and made all to make our stay the best. Big Thanks. The apartment is super well located, a couple of minutes from the Louvre and at walk able distance of many other attractions. We went on foot to "Notre Dame", to the "Pompidou", to the "Arc" etc. Its a small and very comfortable historic apartment that was very nicely updated with all you need for a comfortable week there. On the other size of the front door you have several restaurants and a convenient supermarket. From our trip to Paris we can suggest to get the BATOBUS pass, you can hop on and off to nine locations by boat in a very convenient and amazing cruise on the Seine for a fair price.

Disappointing and dishonest

Four days prior to departure my partners passport had still not arrived that her new passport has not arrive. We also not heard anything regarding check in from the host. We immediately tried to call the phone number provided and were unable to even leave a voice message. We also attempted to message through vrbo website. VRBO Was contacted and they attempted to contact the host. We did not hear anything from the host so contacted Vrbo again and they sent another message. 24 hours later, she finally responded stating she had been too busy withher work.We asked if there was anyway possible that we could rebook for the property anytime in the next year and initially the host was responsive to this idea, but then changed her mind stating the property was not available for the entire year! She then repeatedly asked us to cancel the reservation. She advised VRBO would refund partially the amount we had paid. As a VRBO host, we know this is not true. She would have to request refund herself which we repeatedly advised but she was uninyerested in doing .Traveling Internationally is frustrating and difficult under the best of circumstances and we realize the passport issue was not her fault, but it seems that some type of accommodation could’ve been made and the fact that we were unable to reach her for over 24 hours so close to our arrival time was very disconcerting.I decided not to travel by myself since at that point, I was uncertain if the property even existed.Beware.

Great location---walkable to most all points of interest and is surrounded by cafes and patisseries. There's a neighborhood grocery store right across the street, which is highly convenient. The building dates back to the 16th century, and traversing the wooden staircase makes you feel like a witness to history. The apartment is cozy, has high ceilings and tall windows that open to let in a cool evening breeze. The host was great, was always reachable by phone, and was very quick to replace a broken refrigerator.

Wonderful host and location

We loved this neighborhood and the proximity to the Louvre, Notre Dame, L’Opera…it was easy to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit or catch a bus. The apartment is charming with exposed beams and many thoughtful touches. Our family of 4 was comfortable for 3 nights with teen daughters sharing the fold-out couch. We did not cook but could have - the apartment was well stocked. Victoria was a welcoming host who checked in multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. She also provided helpful recommendations. I would definitely return!

Central, immaculate and comfortable!

A wonderful 6-night stay in this perfectly clean, comfortable, well-supplied apartment. We appreciated Victoria's thoughtfulness, including bringing coffee capsules, bottled water and fresh flowers to start, checking in with us on WhatsApp after a day or two, and taking the time to say farewell in person. We enjoyed the original art and homey decor in the living room, and while we did not cook, the kitchen was well supplied. Great shower and good bathroom counter space, as well as excellent bedroom closet and drawer space. The small washing machine worked very well; the large drying rack was fine for us, but if you need a dryer, Victoria can point you to a laundromat just up the street. As for the location: after staying in other arrondissements earlier in our trip, we enjoyed this apartment's central location, next to the Palais Royal, with Gallerie Vivienne, Bibliotheque National and the Louvre all in a one-block radius. While the street was under construction during our visit, we had no issue with noise, since we were gone during the day. A taxi stand is about a 5-minute walk, and a Carrefour City grocery store is just across the street. Many thanks to Victoria for a very enjoyable stay!

Clean apartment in great location

Everything was very good, grocery store across the street, Joseph Boulangerie just two minute walk and we were happy with their croissants each morning. Apartment was clean, Victoria quick to respond to messsges. There was construction outside the apartment that started early, around 7am, but that is not a reflection of the apartment, it seems half of Paris is under construction. I would still recommend this accommodation.

Great location

Well equipped kitchen with spices and utensils. Comfortable bed. Was concerned about the separate stool from the shower but was a great way to utilize space. Host was excellent and very helpful. VERY close to louvre and river, can walk to many attractions easily. The stairs to get to the floor are more than expected. Best for a couple. Many resteraunts within a block or two.

Amazing Place in an Amazing Location

The place was amazing. The location could not have been better. At the time of my visit, the road was under construction, however this did not deter us from having an amazing time. Plenty of locations to walk around, plenty of places to eat. The host, she could not have been more amazing. Great communication, extremely flexible and willing to help. The apt was cozy, comfortable and even better than as described.

Lovely stay near Palais Royal

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria's apartment near the Palais-Royal. The apartment is ideally located near the Louvre, the Palais-Royal, and the Metro line 1. In the evening, I also enjoyed exploring the many excellent Japanese and Korean restaurants on and near the rue Saint-Anne. Victoria's apartment is beautiful and had everything I needed. There were fresh towels, bedlinen, extra blankets, toiletries, tea and coffee pods for the espresso machine. It snowed during my stay and all radiators worked well and kept me warm. I really enjoyed the tasteful decoration and large bookshelf full of intriguing titles. It was easy to feel at home and the apartment was a lovely place to return to after a day of working or walking in the city. Victoria was also a very kind host, who waited patiently for me to arrive from the airport after a delayed flight, and stayed in touch with me via text in case I had any questions during my stay. This is the ideal place if you are wishing to be near the Louvre, and to enjoy all that the parks and restaurants in this area have to offer. It is also perfect for spending a night inside and enjoying a glass of wine and reading on the sofa. Warmly recommended -- thank you so much again for a great stay!

Adorable apartment in a terrific location

We thoroughly enjoyed Victoria’s apartment. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities you could want. Short walk to the Tulerries and the Louvre plus transit stations - subway and bus. There are several restaurants right on her street and a small market across the street. With that proximity, people are out at night so bring earplugs. We slept great - the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a modern shower.
