The place is ok but they can do better by changing toilet brush to new ones because the one in my allocated room is terrible and they should try and clean rooms during stay plus empty the bin

Challenges: - we were four in the apart and we found basic room items for two … - some persistent odours in the room when we came in … - sofa was not in great condition, but still able to sleep on it

love the freedom the hotel gives us with the kitchen area, plates/ cooking utensils/ there was a lack of tea spoons washing up liquid/ and on the day we asked for pizza, I was told that they were not cooking. I feel room service would be welcome. Where we could order breakfast in our room/ and also dinner. They have cancelled the hotel bus. we need one for the hotel so we can watch fireworks till midnight, and take to Marne la Vallee station

The staff were not friendly, the room was full of spiders and u can see spider’s web. This was the only option we had so we went with it. But not recommended at all.

- air conditioning did not work. Not just our room but another family found there to be none. - very noisy in courtyard until early hours in the morning (people socialising as well as delivery trucks) - property generally very tired but it was spacious and cleaners had done a great job.

The rooms were very dirty, there was dust everywhere, the floors haven’t been clean in a while, looked old, paint missing on the walls, scuff marks all over the place, air conditioning didn’t work, no fresh towels. Don’t recommend at all.

A complete rip-off and a total disgrace

Avoid at all costs! The main philosophy of the place is "Hit-and-run". Dirty furniture, broken appliances, bugs and spiders, dust everywhere, noise, the whole place is a shame for a hotel. The 4 stars are a good joke. Perhaps minus 1 star would be more appropriate. The first apartment had no TV, so we had to move. The second had the TV with 2 completely useless remote controls (as in the pictures). The chairs were stained, the walls were scratched, the A/C did not function at all. The shower was leaking, so the whole bathroom was wet because there was no floor drain. The shower was yellow of calcar. If you are lucky, there is a chance of working devices in the kitchen (such as the coffee maker or the dish washer). We did not dare to toast anything in the toaster. The cleaning lady took our belongings (toys, medicines, clothes etc.) from the bed, changed the sheets and let everything on the floor, in the dust. There is no "Do Not Disturb" sign available. The staff at the reception is very young, unexperienced and unhelpful. Otherwise, a bottle of water costs 4 euros, and the reservation is non-refundable. Never come again. I wish I could attach more photos, but I will upload them on Google. Do not - I repeat - do not go there!

Sejour bien mais a améliorer.

Chambre sympa confortable cuisine bien équipée. Toilettes grandes et propre. Personnel accueil et bar tres souriants et sympathiques. Mur, plafonds et fenêtres pas tres propres. Salle de bain propres mais joints moisis et flexible douche cassé. Il manquait 2 oreillers pour le canapé lit.

C’était la 2 eme fois que je venais. Les apparts sont charmants, propres, mais avant il y avait une navette et c’était beaucoup mieux pour les personnes non véhiculées même s’il y a un arrêt de bus pas très loin mais il faut quand même marcher pour y aller et ce n’est pas top avec des bagages. Une super pizzeria à côté qui est très bonne, rapide et pas chère.

Hôtel très Décevant

Changement de chambre 3 fois, car dans la 1ère, les draps n'avaient pas été changé, ensuite on nous en a attribué une qui était Déjà occupé. Enfin la dernière était plus ou moins correcte. Avec une cuisine sale, et Pas de Climatisation dans un 4 étoiles. Sol qui se soulève. Bas de porte abîmé...Trou au plafond. Dernier jour, rentré à 22h, aucune des cartes d'accès ne fonctionnent !!!

Super séjour

On reviendra c’est sur super quand vous séjournez avec enfant en bas âge. A besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement et quelques petite réparations mais comme ce n’est pas pour y vivre on y fait abstraction. Nous avons adoré il est super bien situé pour aller à Disney et aussi au centre commercial val d’Europe. On peut même se baladé à pied dans les environs c’est un quartier très agréable.

Établissement très pratique pour l’accès à Disney et calme, mais tout de même un léger manque d’entretien : charnière de porte, rampe de douche, et absence de câble d’antenne TV … donc non fonctionnelle.

Ótima relação custo/benefício

Muito bom hotel. Uma ótima relação custo/benefício para quem hospeda-se na cidade, em especial caso a pretenção seja ir aos parques da Disney. Os 2 parques são bem próximos desta propriedade, com fácil acesso por ônibus ou táxi. Funcionários atenciosos e quarto bem equipado.
