Experience Paris like the locals, for less than a hotel! Best location right at the center of historic Paris, 3 bedrooms (two with Queen bed, one with twin beds), very comfortable folding couch. Few steps to metro, bus, taxi, minutes walk to Louvre, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapel, Musee d'Orsay, etc; and to probably 1,000 of the best food establishments in the world, bookstores, clothing stores . 130 m². Our party of three friends enjoyed this great apartment. It is in a bustling neighborhood, but it’s very quiet inside, as the windows open to a space that isn’t street-side. It is super walkable, with Notre Dame cathedral right across the river, tons of restaurants, shops, boulangeries, and cafes right there, as well as subway stops nearby. It’s on floor 1 1/2, so some stairs will need to be negotiated. Choose this property for its comfort and location!

2/5 — Great Location, But Poorly Maintained and MisrepresentedThe location was incredible — just steps from Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, and several great restaurants. We also appreciated that the host allowed an early check-in, which was very helpful after a long trip.Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Some of the photos were misleading — the TV and ceiling fans in one bedroom were decorative only, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.The check-in process was frustrating, with misconfigured access codes that left us waiting outside and scrambling to reach the host for help. Once inside, we found several maintenance and cleanliness issues: cracked and missing grout, significant water damage and stains and mold on the ceiling and floors, peeling paint, a broken garbage bin, missing locks, and a washer/dryer combo with mold inside. Additionally there was no instructions on how to use the range top or washer/dryer combo, essentially rendering both appliances essentially inoperable. It’s a shame, because the flat’s location is truly excellent and it could be a wonderful place to stay with proper upkeep and more accurate photos. As it stands, it feels misrepresented and in serious need of some TLC.

Amazing location just steps from Pont Nuef, Notre Dame, and the Latin Quarter. A charming old building that is beautifully renovated and very spacious and comfortable apartment. We had a great time.

Great apartment and location

Fantastic location. You walk out and see Notre Dame to your right and the Louvre to your left. Cafes and shops are just steps away too. The apartment is modern and spacious. Great for traveling with two teens who need their space. The apartment has AC which is critical on hot days. The washer/dryer is loud so just plan to use it during the day while you are out.

Fabulous stay

Our family of five adults were very comfortable staying here. The location is central and close to the metro. The apartment was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. (Including adapters, hair dryers, umbrellas and more.). We highly recommend!

Awesome Place

Beautiful flat, very secure and comfortable.

Theres multiple AC units to keep the temperature comfortable, and the flat is really well designed. Check in and out was easy, thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay!

Great place for visiting Paris

Apartment worked out great. Clean, comfortable and a great location for tourist visiting Paris. Easy walk to Notre Dame, Louvre and Metro / RER. As others have said, the washer/dryer is a bit confusing, but we were able to figure it out.

Had trouble with Laundry -washer and drier were difficult to operate -- no instructions in English on how to use.Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend this property for your stay in Paris. Located in Latin Section so restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, bars, and many attractions were walkable. The open layout was perfect for our family of 5. Enough space for us all to relax during our down time.

Amazing location handy access to main attractions

We had a great time sraying at this fab glat in Paris. We selected it due to its vicinity to Rer b which proved a game changer. Owner very helpful with check in, place very clean and spacious.

Great Location and space!

This is a wonderful property in a great area of Paris. A few blocks from Notre Dame and right on the Seine. Great cafes in area and fun location by Blvd. Saint Michel for more touristy walks. We had 6 adults stay here and it worked out great with nice kitchen and living space. Highly recommend!
