The hotel location is great and the buffet breakfast was a nice little touch along with the lovely lady that serves and keeps a cheerful vibe. The bathroom was clean but we had a problem with bath which had to be fixed the next day.

Got an adjoining set of rooms although these were really two separate rooms side by side that required a key to get between them but were also behind a common door. Much smaller than they appeared online. Staff was helpful. Nothing special but nice.

We had a lovely 2 day visit at Anjou Lafayette Opera. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the room was pleasant but would have been nice to have USB charging points in the room for phones, etc. Easy to walk to popular attractions and not far from Gare du nord.

The heater wasn’t working, they had to bring me mobile heater.. I could barely sleep on my second night because they were working in the next room i suppose and the banging noise gave me headache.. Also they aren’t very responsive with calls .. didn’t have the perfect experience
