Modern comfortable appartment

We absolutely enjoyed this appartment. It is spacious, well equipped, quiet and close to metro station, supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants and the Seine.

Comfortable, clean convenient

Convenient, comfortable apartment with a lift. Check-in worked well and host allowed us to drop bags and come back later at check-in which was very helpful as our flight arrived early in the morning. Apartment was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. Flat was well-located near grocery store and other amenities.

Great place!

There are so many options when trying to find a place in Paris! this is a great neighborhood and very close to the metro. There are several bars and restaurants close and of course bakeries for your morning yummies. The apartment is immaculate, and they have thought of everything we needed. Building is quite secure. I would stay here everytime.

Great stay with a family of 5

We had a lovely stay here with out family of 5 (kids ages 9, 12 and 14). The location is a 1-3 minute walk from two metro lines which made getting to all the destinations around Paris so easy. You are also within a 15 minute walk to a variety of beautiful spots including Le Marais and Ponte Nuef. There are plenty of really good cafes in walking distance as well as groceries and pharmacies. The only thing I would have liked was perhaps some soap in the bathrooms and paper towels in the kitchen, but the grocery stores made picking those things up easy.

Great spot at great location

My sdukt son and. stayed for four nights. Right oof Bastille square, this apartment is in middle of great area. Check in process was flawless and we were met by Cecile at the unit. the unit is clean with well equipped kitchen which we did not use. Beds were comfortable. Showered were smaller but great water pressure. We used washer/dryer which was very handy. The communication was great and they've were accommodating & available.

4 days in Paris

Great location we were able to walk to all Paris attractions, never used Metro doing up to 15,000 steps a day. Quiet apartment modern and clean no street traffic heard from apartment. Comfortable for four adults and one teenager. 45 minute drive from the airport we used Uber. 15 min walk to Notre Dame. Waking distances to restaurants and market and great French bakeries. The only minus was master bath shower, not draining which owner promised to fix. 3 baths were a big plus . We would rent this place again! Thank you

As pictured! We had a lovely stay with our 11 and 12 year old kids. Check-in with Tomas was excellent. This was a great apt, with easy access to the Bastille Metro (3 different lines) that took us all around Paris and out to Disney (via A connection). Apartment was secure, quiet, great water pressure, and walking distance to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants and more.

Great flat in an ideal location with all the amenities. Flat was clean and quiet. Very close to the Bastille, the metro, taxi stand, bus stop making it super easy to get around Paris. Within walking distance to the Marais area for many choices on restaurants, markets. Enjoyed our stay.

Quite Location close to Main Attractions

My family of six stayed at this apartment for our trip to Paris and really enjoyed our stay. It’s located really close to the Metro and is also across from a park and Marina which is nice to walk through. The check in and out process was easy as well and the host was very friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. My wife and I and our two girls (16,10). It is just as advertised. Well located. About 3 minutes walk to the Metro station. Good restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket. Beds very comfortable. A/C works great - it was super hot while we were there but it was very comfortable inside whenever we were there. One good sized bathroom and two smaller sized ones. Plentiful and immediate hot water. Couldn't have asked for a better apartment at this price point. Small elevator for moving bags in and out of the apartment. We were incredibly pleased and enjoyed our trip so much staying here. I would highly recommend!

Clean, amazing water pressure, and convenient access to the city

This is a very clean and well maintained property. The building is also quiet and feels safe. We had normal noise level for a large family with young kids during the daytime and it was not an issue. Right by the opera, there are tons of restaurants. We had no problem getting tables for our large party. The washer/dryer combo worked well. The beds were comfy, even the pull out sofa. Note that you will need your own toiletries. Dish soap and laundry detergent we're provided. The property management company is responsive.

Perfect location and great apartment

This wonderful apartment is conveniently located in Le Marais at La Bastille, an area that makes Paris very accessible. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, communication was clear, and the host was easy to contact. Checkin was quick and easy. Metro and bus stations are close, and it's easy to walk to Hotel de Ville and many other iconic sites in Paris. On your walk to Hôtel de Ville you will find many great shops for the food lovers.

Very nice apt. Very secure. It would have been nice to have some soaps for shower and maybe some paper towels. We didn’t use washing machine, stove/oven or tv. Another ice cube tray would be good and maybe put a metro map on table. We had a lot of devices to plug in at nite so an outlet with charging plugs would be nice

The checking process was flawless. We were met at the unit and we walked through the unit, and given instructions on how to use the appliances. We were given some basic supplies to run the dishwasher and use the washing machine.The kitchen has everything we needed for preparing breakfast. It is well stocked with cookware, plates and glasses. There are minimal spices, but we had what we needed for breakfast.There a number of cafes near the flat and a small but well stocked grocery store that we went when we arrived. There is also a patisserie a 5 min walk with great pastries, delicious coffee and some tables out in front.The metro is a quick 5 minute walk. You are also a 5 min walk to the Bastille Market which takes place Sunday and Thursday. The market is a mix of food, trinkets, groceries, clothing and some antiques. We bought a selection of meats, cheeses, dried fruits, nuts and breads which we ate one evening while watching the Eiffel Tower light up. Each room has an air conditioning and all of the bathrooms have towel heaters. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms does not have a toilet, but the other two do. The washer and dryer are a single unit. While it is supposed to run a full wash and dry in one cycle, it never worked for us and we had to run the dry cycle separately. The unit is quiet, and the windows in all the rooms have windows that open. Our group was two mothers with their teenage daughters. We were very happy with this unit.
