This furnished home is located in the delightful Notre-Dame-des-Champs neighborhood in the heart of the 6th arrondissement. Residents enjoy walks among the natural beauty of manicured plants and flowers at the Jardin du Luxembourg. There are several museums and theatres in the area, so entertainment is always nearby. The French restaurant Bouillon Chartier is a popular pick of foodies who want a real Parisian expereince. Even better, the Notre-Dame-des-Champs Metro station on Line 12 provides easy access to the rest of Paris.

A security deposit of €6190 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
