Great Apartment!

Wonderful Apartment in a Perfect Location
My family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen & 1 child) stayed for a week in April 2024. It is a fabulous base of operations: everything you need, nothing you don't. We loved the location and the space. You are steps from a bustling area, a Metro stop, and a grocery store. The apartment itself was nearly silent, which is amazing in a bustling city. Book this place now!

Great apartment in an excellent location
Family of four (two parents and to teenagers) spending a week in Paris seeing the sites. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, well appointed, and perfectly located to facilitate visiting all the sites in Paris while still enjoying the neighborhood cafes, boulangeries, and restaurants. We particularly appreciated - the list of recommended local restaurants, cafes and boulangeries. - the set up of the apartment that made it easy for a family of four to have family space as well as private bedrooms and bathrooms. - access to a clothes washer/dryer - stovetop espresso pot We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and use it again when we return to Paris.

Comfortable and Convenient
We enjoyed this quiet, comfortable apartment located very near Place de la République. The VRBO description was completely accurate, and the host communicated effectively and promptly, though he was unable to meet us for check-in, and his friend left us a key instead. But it all went smoothly, and we would stay there again if we returned to Paris.

Great location and clean property
We had a very good stay at the property. The host responded quickly to any questions. It was clean and very close to many train stations and a quick walking distance to many cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Our only minor issue was that the top floor of the building was undergoing construction so there was noise on one day of our stay that we were planning to sleep in a bit. I would just confirm whether construction is still taking place so you can plan your days accordingly and maybe do site seeing during the day. I would definitely stay again.

The best thing about this apartment is the easy location to everything, but the space is very nice as well. Laurent was a great host - easy check in and good communication. Also the apartment was so quiet at night, which was very nice. Great for a group of six people. Small and a little warm at night because we came at the hottest part of summer, but that is Paris!

The living room & dining room were bigger than expected . However the towels they left us were old and did not look clean . We had to clean the coffee pot and the washing machine was broken . Luckily there was a laundry & we paid to wash our clothes. There were homeless people living in the entry & drinking vodka . Not what we expected !!

Beautiful apartment and excellent location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and bright apartment. We were a group of 4 and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable for us all. It is conveniently located a couple of minutes away from the metro and is surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and shops. It was also very easy to walk to many of the attractions and neighbourhoods. Laurent and Jim were very quick at responding to any questions we had - thank you Laurent and Jim! Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment within walking distance of all the good things and easy metro access at République. Plenty of space for a family of 4 or two couples. Lots of daytime noise from renovation works in the building in August 2022 but would imagine this will be completed by the end of the year and then this place will be a complete dream. Great host (merci Laurent!) and everything you need for a wonderful Paris sojourn.

Perfect Spot for two Couples
Located in Le Repulique area, extremely close to Metro stations (30 seconds away), grocery store, wine shop, and a number of cafes, this two bedroom, two bath, small-ish apartment fit our needs perfectly. It's in a building that serves tech companies on lower floors and has apartments on the upper floors (as best as we could determine). It was never an issue. We always felt safe. Place was clean (though they did forgot to leave us a sponge, dish towels and napkins - an oversight I'm sure - we managed just fine) and communication was easy. As we found out, it's not easy finding a two bedroom/two bath property. We are fortunate to have found this one.

Great Location!
We were a group of 4--a couple and two women. We did not always stay together and felt safe in this location. It is easy to get around Paris from here. Laurant was easy to communicate with and his place is like it is listed on the site. The only caution, if you use the Metro entrance closest to the Unit, there is only a machine to buy your Metro ticket. We got scammed by someone pretending to work for the Metro that "helped" us buy tickets and said our credit card would not work to purchase them. We paid in Euros and each bought a two day pass from her which was actually only good for one way to the Eiffel Tower. Go to the Metro stop in the middle of Republique Square if you are not sure how the Metro system works and buy your ticket from an agent at a booth there. I would stay here again when in Paris.
