Very intimate house, quite small but with everything you need, upon arrival we found towels and a welcome kit with 2 chocolates and 2 bottles of water, very nice touch, The house was in very good condition, maybe we expected a more thorough cleaning of the accommodation but overall it was quite clean, There is a water heater for taking a shower, which is more than enough for 2 people, The heating system might be a bit old, with a kind of electric radiator that takes a while to heat up but maintains a constant temperature so you don't feel cold at all, but for the price we maybe expected a split system, The location of the house is excellent, in front you can find all the main necessities like the butcher, the bakery, the pastry shop, the pharmacy and even the supermarket, moreover it is a 30-second walk from Metro 6, so very convenient, Overall, the house is great for spending a few days in Paris with company,

Obwohl die Wohnung in bester Lage liegt, ist sie etwas enttäuschend groß und wirkt kleiner als auf den Bildern. Außerdem ist die Feuchtigkeit ein großes Problem, sodass sich alles feucht anfühlt. Das hat sogar das Trocknen unserer Handtücher beeinträchtigt und unsere Bettwäsche fühlte sich „feucht“ an. Aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit sind an den Wänden deutliche Anzeichen für einen notwendigen Wartungsbedarf zu erkennen. Insgesamt ist sie jedoch recht gut.

Excellent séjour, Le studio correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos, Le lit était préparé, de nombreuses serviettes épaisses étaient pliées et une petite bouteille d'eau m'attendait, La salle de bains est très moderne et la cuisine est fonctionnelle, A proximité du métro, la Tour Eiffel et la tour Montparnasse sont à quelques pas, Le quartier est très animé et je vous recommande la pizzeria 'Nono' juste en face, leur '4 fromage' est un délice ! Je me suis sentie soutenue pendant mon séjour, ce qui est inestimable, Un grand merci !
