Lovely Parisian apartment of 33 sqm, tastefully decorated and refurbished, that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It offers all the comfort conditions with its bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom, with WC, its fully equipped kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed. you'll also appreciate the numerous storage and the pleasant dining.

It is calm, even if it is a prime location, in the heart of Paris with an easy and safe access. All the facilities around.

Getting Around:
We provide transfer from / to airports.

We are 10 min walk from Gare du Nord / de L'Est.
Access is very easy and allows you to reach all the Parisian tourist sites in a few minutes (Louvre, Opéra, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, etc.)

Metro lines: 4, 8 and 9 (Strasbourg St Denis) and also 5 and 7 (Gare de l'Est)
