Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This property was listed as available and they will book your reservation. Only to know weeks later that it wasn’t available. Then the credit card reservation stays blocked as they can’t cancel it from their end despite them informing that the room is unavailable. Very unprofessional and you’ll end up checking if they have deducted the money or not despite you having no control over the reservation!! One of the most ridiculous management and poor handling process! I wouldn’t book this apartment because if there are other options available as there is no guarantee when they will tell you it’s not available and for the rest of the time until the stay, your credit account stays tied with them as they are unable to cancel the booking and don’t allow us to do it either! What a waste of time!!
