Not what I expected from a Disney hotel - having to take own luggage miles to your accommodation was really difficult and facilities were low grade and rooms were very small and did not have fridge / kettle Air con would was set at a low temp and the room was freezing

Excellent place to stay for Disney! 10 minute walk to the village and parks, we went with family and asked for joining rooms and this wasn’t a problem. Such a lovely place proper old western look we all loved it.

So easy to walk to the parks. 10 lovely minutes along the calm and peaceful river - nice contrast the Disney hustle and bustle. Hotel theming was incredible.

My son loved that he got to meet Woody. The park tickets being included in the price of the hotel was perfect for our family. I loved that the transfer company was able to find us super easy and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Stuff really friendly, room was clean enough and comfortable. The only downside really was that there was no mini fridge. Looks like a Disney rule.

Great location but tired hotel

Hotel has a great location 15 minutes walk from the Park with a bus going every 12 minutes. Arrival was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious with a room safe, Tv, coffee machine and kettle plus 2 bottles of Vittel mineral water. It is tired though, with the decoration and bathroom all looking worn. The bath drain was blocked so did not drain - I reported it to reception but nothing was done before I left. The hair dryer was pretty weak so you are better bringing your own. On my day of checkout cleaners tried to barge in twice before 11am without knocking, which I found upsetting as I was getting dressed at the time. For the money it was fine and the stay includes park tickets, which includes an extra hour of entry.

Outstanding staff, every staff member we encountered was brilliant! The only criticism was we didn't get a text until nearly 4 pm for check in and we travel with an 18 month old and were placed on the 2nd floor which wasn't ideal as no lifts thay we were aware of. But the overall stay was brilliant! We'll be back!

The best holiday we have been on. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. The park is close enough to walk, however, buses are consistent making it easy to get to and from the park. Hotel Cheyenne felt safe and at times was very quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Disney.

WE enjoyed our two night stay at the property, the transport to the parks was ideal and quick. The rooms were very clean with good facilities. We found the staff to be very good and accommodated all our requests and questions. Dis not use any of the eating facilities as in the parks all day, the character meet and greet was the only area that was disappointing as the timing cut into the extra magic hour in the park.
