Situated on rue Bonaparte in the heart of the ultra-chic Saint-Germain des Prés district, this spacious second floor (1 floor above ground level, with elevator) two and half bed apartment will be your comfortable and elegant oasis right in the beating heart of Paris's most stylish neighborhood.
The apartment can accommodate 5 adults and 2 children (sleeping on sofas).
The comfortable and elegant living and dining areas are decorated in pale shades of gold and grey. Each bedroom offers either one king or two single beds as required, with a single bed and a convertible chair bed situated in a separate sleeping area off the entry. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower stall and WC. A further shower room and separate WC are located near the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is centrally heated, air-conditioned and features a washing machine and separate dryer. Wifi throughout.

We had such a wonderful time in Paris and absolutely loved our stay here. The owners were kind, welcoming, and very helpful in their communication. The location was perfect- close to walk, take the metro, or grab a taxi or bus to anything you want to see. There are wonderful restaurants and shops right around the corner. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and extremely safe. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay in Paris!

We loved our time in this apartment and hope to return. A charming space in a lovely building. Secure and quiet. Convenient. Good shopping, restaurants and must see sights all within walking distance. Great communication with owner and property contact. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Perfect

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. If we did need to take a taxi we could walk out our door and flag one down. The apartment is clean, well stocked, safe and quiet. It is located near grocery and retail shopping and wonderful restaurants. The Seine River and Le Louvre are just a short walk away. It was everything we were hoping for while staying in Paris. The host was helpful and very available with any questions we had during our stay. They even set up transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend.

The property manager found me on WhatsApp before the trip, which was a great way to communicate. We were met at the apt and given a tour & instructions. The apt is as described & depicted in the photos. The complex is very quiet, clean & safe. The unit is up one flight of stairs. There is an elevator, which was handy for transporting my giant, heavy suitcase. AC in both bedrooms & LR, kept the apt sufficiently cool during our July visit. The full sized fridge & freezer was a plus! The area is lovely, clean & safe. Cafes, bakeries, food markets within 2-3 blocks. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure & hot water was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed this place. Very spacious for 4. Check in process easy and pleasant. Location was optimal. I cannot imagine a better location for visiting major attractions and just experiencing life in Paris. Worth the money. Hope to stay there again.

What a great Paris stay! The decor represented the beautiful area and the beautiful building! We were close to everything-hop on hop off bus tours, the louvre, Eiffel Tower, we could walk to everything! Fantastic restaurants nearby! Fantastic check in process! Thank you for everything!

This place is just lovely! We were a group of seven. My husband and I, four teenagers and my 80 year old mother and we had the most wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful inside and out, comfortable for everyone and the location can’t be beat. Will stay here again for sure!

Fabulous Left Bank Apt.

We loved the apt and the neighborhood. The apt was much larger than we expected and the property mgr greeted us at night when our flight came in extremely late and explained everything about the apt. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Better than the Photos

For once, the photos of the property didn’t actually do the place justice and it surpassed our expectations. The flat was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Before coming, I’d enquired about being able to cook Christmas lunch - the owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would need. As a result, my family spent a most wonderful four nights over the Christmas holidays here and would highly recommend it.

My family and I spent 3 nights at this lovely apartment in St. Germain de Pres. It’s clean, comfortable and perfectly located to enjoy Paris. The space accommodated 5 of us, which one bed located in the front foyer. Air conditioning worked well as did the laundry facilities. Simple and chic interior. Kitchen was functional and well stocked. I would stay here again! Narcisca was delightful and helpful in checking us in.

Great apartment in Saint Germain des Pres

I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Saint Germain des Pres. Our host sent clear instructions ahead of our trip and met us upon arrival at the apartment. He showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had. The apartment itself is very spacious and well decorated. It is ideally located to the metro, the Seine, and cafes, but it’s also on a quiet street to allow a restful night. It was my first trip to Paris, but I hope to return and stay here again!
