The bathroom is directly accessible from this bedroom, creating a convenient en-suite layout.

The second bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with a trundle bed that can be configured as single bed or one queen bed, depending on your needs.

For added convenience, the toilet is located separately from the bathroom, making it easier for multiple guests to use the space comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with modern appliances and plenty of workspace.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non EU residents.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Please note that an additional fee applies in case of late check-ins starting from 8PM.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
