The perception that 4-star hotels in Paris often feel like 3-star properties is usually due to the lack of luxury amenities and the basic quality of services. While a 4-star hotel is expected to offer a higher level of comfort and service, this is not always the case. For example, rooms may be very basic, with limited furnishings, standard toiletries, and minimal room service options. The pictures shown online do not reflect the reality of the room. The toiletries were extremely basic. Although the brand used was Rituals, it was shocking to discover that a Rituals amenities box (razor, shaving cream, sewing kit, cotton swabs) that we had used on the first night was thrown into the trash and then reused and refilled (yes, it was taken out of the trash). During our stay, there was also a broken drinking glass in the bathroom, and the room was not properly cleaned—no vacuum cleaner was used. Was it worth it? Not really. Perhaps only for the location.

I booked 2 nights, but I arrived 1 day late. I warned the hotel in advance but they did not want to change the booking to I paid the 1st night without being there. When I checked in, the bed sheets were not changed (hair, makeup stains on the pillows) so obviously someone had slept there the previous day. So I paid for a night during which I wasn't there, someone slept in my room and the bedsheets were dirty... Furthermore, one electric plug did not work, paint was scrapping off, and the room was tiny On the positive side, beautiful view and elegant hotel / room

La stanza molto carina e pulita. La posizione strategica, il soggiorno molto piacevole. Unica pecca: avevo chiesto una camera comoda e mi hanno proposto un upgrade, avevo risposto che non mi interessava l'upgrade. Al mio arrivo mi è stata chiesta una tassa di soggiorno che mi era sembrata un po' alta, lo ho detto e la ragazza non mi ha detto nulla. Salita in camera e disfatti i bagagli ho controllato il pacchetto Expedia e e ho visto che in effetti mi avevano fatto pagare 100€ in più. Scesa alla reception solo allora la ragazza mi dice che mi era stato addebitato un upgrade della stanza. Io ho fatto presente che con la mail avevo esplicitamente detto che non volevo un upgrade ma che comunque avrei tenuto la stanza visto che avevo disfatto i bagagli. Sarebbe bastato uno "scusi per il malinteso", ma mi è stato risposto "ne parli con il mio collega, io sono una sostituta". Comunque, a parte questo episodio, tutto molto bene.

凱旋門もシャンゼリゼ通りも徒歩圏内で立地が最高でした。 ホテル自体コンパクトでエレベーターや通路はとても狭いですが、私は気になりませんでした。 冷暖房も個人で操作できたので温度にも困りませんでしたし、部屋に冷蔵庫もついていて助かりました。 シャワーの水圧もやや弱いものの許容範囲です。 早朝のチェックアウトにも対応いただけました。 とても良いホテルでした！
