We were delighted with our accommodation. All was above expectation. The room was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to all main areas. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

French atmosphere

The hotel was very nice and cozy, with charming old French vibes that made the whole experience feel authentic and romantic. The service was excellent — we were always warmly greeted both when we left and returned to the hotel, which added a really personal touch. However, the room was way, way, way smaller than what was shown on the website, which was a bit disappointing. That said, everything else was great. The staff were quick to respond whenever we called, and overall the stay was pleasant

Everything is Nice .

The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. Excellent location we would definitely stay there again.

I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but the time that I was at the hotel the staff was very friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. They helped me call a taxi and find direction. I would definitely stay here again. It is also very close to the main avenue and the Arc de triumph. I enjoyed my experience here!

AMERICANS - Do not stay here. I travel to Europe (and Paris, specifically) and had to book a hotel last minute. I was excited to be in my favorite city, after exploring and coming back to the hotel, they gave me a key to SOMEONE else's room, then denied it. It was inconvenient, incredibly invasive and unsafe for the other guests. Once sent to the room that was reserved for myself, there was blood on the sheets, with a quick layover and exhausted I slept in the adjacent twin bed, when complaining they denied it even though I have picture proof of two rooms and the dirtiness. The most disappointing that EXPEDIA provided no support even though I use them for booking for another level of safety. Travelers be aware.

The hotel doesn't have a sign outside of the hotel... who doesn't ? The staff is very nice. The room is very clean. The fridge is tiny. The elevator fits into 2 people but it's so cute. It's close to the champs Élysées . We enjoyed staying here. Thank you

Love this hotel!

We had an amazing stay! It was my mothers first time in Paris. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for shopping and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. This time my room was on the 5th floor but lift only reached the 4th...then stairs! No telephone in room..so no wake.up calls. Kettle with 2 coffees and 2 mint teas...no milk and regrigerator not plugged in. No nearby power socket for kettle...one at opposite side of room. So very very expensive for a 2☆ hotel
