The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and porcelain dinnerware. There is a bar for guests to enjoy entertaining while cooking. The apartment has lots of light from multiple large sliding door windows looking out over the roof tops of Paris. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and desk. There is a bathroom with shower and bath combo and separate WC. The apartment includes a beautiful balcony to relax on during the summer.

Parc Monceau, its beautifull garden, was laid out in the 18th century for the Duc de Chartres in the English style, with a lake, lawns and a variety of follies: an Egyptian pyramid, a Corinthian colonnade, and a Venetian bridge.
