Very friendly, clean and classy, yet trendy boutique hotel in a convenient location! The staff went above and beyond in making our honeymoon stay quite special! Though it was a small room, we absolutely loved our little balcony and the spacious bathroom by Paris standards. Beautiful decor and lovely shower, toiletries etc. Cannot say enough praise for the staff! Merci, beaucoup!

The hotel was cute but a lot of it was under construction and a bit of a mess on our floor. Carpet was pulled up and we woke up to people working on construction of the hallway outside our room. Completely understand that they are trying to refresh it but to pay nearly 300 a night for that experience didn’t feel fair. Great staff and I’m sure the space will have a better feel once restored.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was very nice, helpful and professional at all times. The restaurant staff was friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return. It’s in a busy area so the business noise are expected. Some maybe upset but they should have chosen a different hotel. I loved the choices of business to explore. It made the trip to Paris more exciting.

Mikayla at check in was wonderful and overall a nice stay within a convenient location. The cafe downstairs is a miss for me - as the waitress staff was very cold and once she checked me in for breakfast, she never looked at me or asked what I wanted to order, until another girl came along. And even asking for water, she never came back but yet gave the other tables water. So dont know if it was me she had a problem with - but was not a nice experience.

All staff members were engaging and polite. The rooms are small compared to hotel rooms in global chains, but they are well appointed and very quaint. The neighborhood is groovy and has plenty of options for food, baked goods and gelato. Highly recommended!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Location has lots really good and varied food options (including the hotel’s restaurant!). It’s also close enough to be walkable to many attractions. It’s clean and rooms were comfortable but like most in Paris, on the smaller side. Lobby area is a sofa and shared with the restaurant. So barely any common space but not an issue for us as we enjoyed being out most of the time. Would happily book there again. If you relish quiet, get a higher floor or room that faces the back. If you like the city vibe and feeling immersed in the neighborhood get a street view. We had a room with a street view and one to the back. Both had advantages- street offered a fun people watching whereas the back room was chill and the windows could stay open at night.

My Parisian Dream

My stay was a Parisian dream. From getting an actual key at check in, to the fuzzy robes, to my balcony overlooking the surreal Parian rooftops- My accommodation was top tier. Now on to the restaurant Frenchie- the food was spectacular. I had the opportunity to sit at the bar so I was able to see the chefs work. It was amazing how they were able to produce such innovative dishes and keep the work area so clean. The service was attentive and anticipated my every need.

What a charming boutique hotel. Perfectly located, 2 mins from Pigalle metro. There is an amazing artisan boulangerie next door if you want to grab a coffee and croissant to go. The area is gorgeous to walk around for bars, cafes, independent shops. Would highly recommend and would return. Staff are superb and could not do more for you. Made our Paris experience superb.

Lovely property in the heart of Paris. Fantastic location with some amazing bakeries within walking distancr, felt we lived the Parisien life for a few days. Only gripe is the size of the lift - it was tiny! Room was lovely and we received a surprise upgrade. Bathroom was lovely and huge but would have been useful to have a full shower screen. Lighting in the room was poor. 4 starts because a few touches missing like providing mugs to make ourselves coffee with the nespresso machine. Would definitely stay there again.

I’ll start by saying I’d definitely come back here - the area is really great if you want lots of good restaurants and bars, and there are so many metro stops nearby, you can easily get to basically anywhere in central Paris. Our room was a really good size (corner room) and nicely decorated. On arrival it was really clean too. Robes and nespresso machine were a nice touch. The bathroom was a great size and did have a bath, also the water pressure was amazing! The main issue I had were that our room was not cleaned properly at all during a 3 night stay. On our second day (so after night 1) the bed was made up but bins not emptied, towels not collected from floor, toilet paper and water not restocked etc - literally just bed made and that was it. On the third day (after night 2), we did initially turn down the cleaning service as it came while we were in the room. However when I came back to the room in the afternoon after having been out, a maid was in the bedroom. I said “I’ll come back” (in French) and she stayed in there but nothing AT ALL was done - not even the bed. I raised this with reception, more for info than anything, and bizarrely almost ended up in an argument with their head of maintenance who just didn’t want to accept that standards had fallen short. It was v strange!! We didn’t try the restaurant downstairs other than for a drink, so can’t comment on the food. Overall I would return here for the room size and convenience.
