The room itself is tiny with only a shower, sink and bed. There are communal bathrooms for each floor outside of the room. The wallpaper was stained and old and the room was constantly and smelly. Apart from the convenience of location, not worth what we paid.

I cannot recommend this property. Not worth the payment for 3 star. **Issues Encountered:** - No lift. - The shower and toilet facilities were not clean. - The toilet door handle and light were not functioning; I reported this issue, but no action was taken. - The television was not working. - Additionally, chocolates for present that were left in the room 14 pieces were gone missing. -City tax was confusingly overcharged with incorrect change. The only positive aspect of our stay was the location.

Ok so I was pleasantly surprised after reading the atrocious reviews, although I did go in with very low expectations. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly - that’s the positives. Plus location is good. The building is very old and very noisy - the sound of the doors closing is very loud and you can hear voices from other rooms. The toilets are shared (one on each floor) so are fine after being cleaned but after that you’re relying on the cleanliness of other guests…. Was it as bad as I was expecting? No. Would I stay here again? Also No.

This place is a dump and dangerous

This place is a sh*t hole. Don't waste your money. There is NO toilet or shower in the bathroom. It is a bedsit/hostel that is advertising as a hotel. No food. No water. Nightclub downstairs you can hear through the walls. It is in a dangerous area where my daughter got robbed and jumped by adult men. One had one eye. Also, there is a leak from the ceiling and all of the clothes were wet and damp and ruined. Disgusting.

Das Hotel machte einen sehr desolaten Eindruck. Die Rezeption erreichte man über eine wackelige Treppe, sie befand sich in einem provisorisch umgestalteten Abstellraum. Die Rezeptionisten war planlos und ließ mich bei der Frage nach einem Parkplatz eine Visitenkarte fotografieren, wo ich mich melden sollte, wenn ich einen Parkplatz brauche. Sie konnte mir allerdings nicht sagen, was für ein Parkplatz das sei oder wie weit entfernt er war. Das Zimmer ließ sich nur schwer öffnen, die Tür war verzogen und klemmte. Im Zimmer waren nur zwei Betten als Möbel, kein Schrank. Das Abstellen der Koffer auf dem Boden sorgte schon für ein ungutes Gefühl. Der ganze Raum roch intensiv nach Textilerfrischer, ansonsten war das Zimmer schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Die Sanitärecke war durch eine oben offene Leichtbauwand "abgetrennt". Für ständige Belüftung sorgten Durchbohrungen im Fenster, das Fensterbrett außen war zerbrochen und als Aschenbecher genutzt worden. Steckdosen sahen aus, als solle man sie lieber nicht benutzen, Lichtschalter waren übergestrichen alles wirkte schmuddelig und lieblos. Die Fugen waren schmutzig und schimmelig, an der Zimmerdecke befand sich ein undefinierbarer gelb-brauner Fleck. Die Bettgestelle wackelten und drohten zusammenzubrechen, obwohl sie noch nicht einmal ausgepackt waren. Kopfschmerzen und Gesundheitsbedenken ließen uns nach 30 Minuten wieder auschecken und ein anderes Hotel buchen. Die Lage ist zentral, die Straße unschön und wirkt abends unsicher.

No pude dormir las dos noches el día que llegue ya tarde había 4 cucarachas en una mesita que tienen. Las mate y las Heche a la tasa del baño el baño asqueroso no hay otra palabra de hecho no lo ocupe más que para lavarme los dientes porque se tira toda el agua. Le comenté a la recepcionista y en la noche otra vez lo mismo en cucarachas en las paredes baje le dije al encargado y me dijo que no tenían otra habitación por supuesto que a las 12 no iba encontrar otro lugar. De plano me salí a las 8 am para buscar otro lugar. La luz de la habitación se prende y apaga sola y la del baño no prende. Es un asco este lugar.

I Have the most terrible stay since I have been in a hôtel around the world. I was at bed when socket fall on my face . I report to the réceptionnist . He just fix it temporally according to him . I have send picture of the socket moving out of the wall to HOTEL.Com agent
