You'll adore this charming 2-bedroom duplex loft spanning 52 m², ideal for a family getaway. Each bedroom features its own bathroom. The space boasts a cathedral living room with an open fitted kitchen (including a hob and microwave), along with a separate toilet. Additionally, amenities include a TV, dining table, and storage units.

It is very pleasant to stroll through the alleys of this historic and still alive Paris.The neighborhood is safe and the place is very quiet thanks of its location into a private courtyard.
