Stayed for 3 nights for expo. Clean and quiet room. Room is large for Paris standard. Friendly reception. Full kitchen in room. No house keeping for first day but it actually worked well for me. Common areas is quite nice. Good for young travelers that want to mingle. 10min walk to metro and supermarket. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, but not for us

Staff was lovely and kind. No issues there. We knew going into this stay that the hotel is more like a "community living space" but we were still expecting a refrigerator in our room, there wasn't one. The room was also an awkward layout. There was a coffee maker and a kettle, but no plug near it, had to brew coffee on the floor because of plug placement. Also the cleaning schedule is so bizarre. It advertises as once a week, which we were fine with, but they were showing up every few days with no warning so we really didn't care for that, especially when we had a late morning. They also don't seem to communicate with the cleaning staff as to how many people were in the room. We went from having two bath towels and three smaller ones to one bath towel and two smaller ones and then one bath towel and one smaller one. Luckily the staff at the front desk was kind enough to get us another towel when requested. This place is probably great for others, but we wouldnt stay again.

This hotel was great! A fun communal smoke with everything you need and more! Metro/tram stations nearby to make getting to Paris City center very easy!

The shower door was missing the strip at its base that prevented water from flowing out and flooding the entire room. We learned from another guest that the strip was underneath the sink. Why didn't they explain this at check-in? Also, the floor in the pool room was always flooded an very slippery. It should have a mat to prevent slipping.

The hotel need to stop taking UNATHORISED MONIES from customers accounts!! My original stay was booked (through Hotels.com) to check out on the 16th however, an additional booking was made again through Hotels.com to check out on the 19th. When booked through Hotels.com payment is always paid upfront, so I was rather surprised, to say the least, that the hotel took the payment again, I would like to say at this point that the payment was UNAUTHORISED. I spoke to the receptionist about this payment and I was advised that I would be refunded within 5 working days. I did not receive any refund after 5 days. I would advise any one who is wanting to stay here to be extremely careful as they take payment UNAUTHORISED and totally ignore any communication chasing said refund.

Very misleading and extremely disappointed. So many things broken in room and very dirty. Complained but nothing was done. Wasted money and will not be staying here again. Had to ask several times for things, was not a relaxing nor good stay. Breakfast was awful- nothing even there besides hot drinks and juices even if you were to go early. Wasted money.

Worst team ever

Service and communication is just disgusting. We had to share a single towel for 6 days after asking twice daily for an additional one. And once the manager gave us a towel, room service took it the same day and gave no replacement. We asked booked a late checkout and were asked to leave by 4 different people 4 hours before check out. Plus the heating goes off automatically and the temperature is -3 outside. Breakfast is made only of cold and 3 days old bread and croissant, no alternatives for non bread eaters.

Won’t stay again.

I stayed for a visit to Paris Expo. My first room was quite dirty so I requested a change. The lady at reception went to check my room and told me “it was clean”. I showed photos I had taken of the uncleanliness. I was then offered a new room. It was better but not to the general standard one would expect from hotels. I felt that the member of staff was a little rude to me about the whole situation. Although the next day the same person asked how it was as I was checking out. But it was too little too late. The other staff seemed lovely. Breakfast is not great. The pastries and bread were delicious (seemed fresh from a bakery) but there was no hot food, no meat, no cheese. I would not stay again. It has potential but I felt the member of staff was rude and the cleanliness is just not very good.

Excellent sejour, personnel agréable, à l'écoute et sympathique. Chambre propre et bien équipé Possibilité de repas sur place ( armoire refrigiré et micro onde) Lit confortable, bonne insonorisation. Equipement au top : sauna, piscine salle de sport , ouvert tard Petit déjeuner standart. Peut-etre fournisseur de baguette à revoir, trop industrielle mais correcte.
