No air conditioning in my room when I reported it they offered me a FAN so this may happen frecuentes I asked to be changed to another room and they did not reply My son had booked on his own and he had air conditioning. I guess Expedia guests are 2nd class customers. Stay away this place there are better options around the airport

The Shuttle only picks you up in one area. Be prepared for walk. Once we arrived at the airport, it took an hour to get to our hotel. The shuttle dropped us off at Term 2a. We needed to go to Term 2e. Be prepared for a 15 minutes walk to get to the terminal you need to be in.

New, clean and well located hotel close to the airport. The staff is helpful, efficient and polite. I only stayed a night for a lay over but the hotel lobby is spacious with a bar and a few amenities that looked great. The room was spacious and clean. As a woman travelling alone I felt safe. We've used holiday inn many times in the USA as budget minded travelers, and were wowed by the place. In particular, the breakfast menu was excellent and diverse and remarkably affordable. Fresh squeezed orange juice on demand, real bakery bread and pastries, etc. staff were friendly. After a long day driving through Paris we were thrilled to sit outside with a glass of wine and ponder what we'd seen.

Hotel was nice, and close to the airport. The shuttle starts running at 7am so didnt work for our early flight. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when checking in and asking for info on things like taxis since we couldn't use the shuttle. Just due to the staff alone I wouldn't stay here again.
