A nice tiny location in Montmartre. Rooms are small, but decent. Be prepared for hills, especially closerr to Sacre-Coeur.

The property was close to public transportation and an easy walk to the stores and restaurants. It was a great place to stay. They had a nice breakfast. Would stay there again if we went to Paris. The staff was very helpful with directions for places we were trying to visit.

Pleasant Surprise

This hotel is a nice surprise when you check in. It’s in a very quiet street just 5 mins walk away from the cafes and restaurants in Rue Epic. We were a family of 3 and stayed in a triple room which was clean and modern. Fridge with complimentary bottled water on arrival and a handy safe in the room. Beds very comfortable.Staff on front desk very pleasant and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast as the local cafes so close. We would definitely stay here again as you can walk to the Metro station at Place Le Clichy within 10 mins. Ubers to the Louvre area around €13 and serve the area well. Overall we were not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was.

Location in Montmartre was great. Walkable to lots of food, grocery and even laundry. There was a bit of street noise from our rooms, but otherwise a great location. The buffet breakfast was great.

Convenient location in the popular Montmarte neighborhood. We stayed in a connected double room, which was plenty of space for our family of 5. The included breakfast each morning was also helpful. Easy to access anywhere in Paris, 3 Metro lines within 10 min walk, and Gare Saint Lazare is about 20 min walk for easy regional train access to Normandy and Versailles. Very friendly qnd helpful staff.

The hotel was well-kept, comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety. The only issue we had was regarding being “dog-friendly”. They charged a fee of $40/dog per night and they did not allow the dogs to use the only area with grass for the restroom. This was brought to our attention when the staff very rudely told my son that it wasn’t their problem.

Great find in Montmartre

The staff were fabulous, very warm welcome and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a family suite (2 interconnected rooms) which was brilliant. I think the vacuuming could be a bit more thorough but they provide slippers so maybe not an issue… Rooms are spacious, can control your own temperature and the beds were very comfortable. Chose this one because I wanted to be close to the cafe culture in Montmartre and it is perfect for that! We’ll definitely be back!

Bit cramped. Not so spacious. Sofa bed was useless. No space to step out of bed and go to toilet if the sofa bed was open. Very very tiny room. Good size bathroom with 2 sink. Has all the amenities.

We had a good two night stay in room 506. The room was spacious. It had a kettle and an espresso maker. Coffee and milk were provided but not replenished the following day. Luckily the cleaner was doing her round when we came back so we could ask for some more of them. The room also had a good size empty mini fridge. The bathroom had a bath and shower combo. The service at the reception was good. We liked their idea of serving mini pastries at the reception in the afternoons. The only drawback was the breakfast. It was not bad but nowhere close to the standards we have come to expect from Holiday Inn, for example the breakfast at Holiday Inn Grands Boulevards is far superior to their offering. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would happily stay again.

Great stay!

The front desk staff were always very kind and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was large enough for a king bed and pullout chair/bed, but since the bathroom was oversized and had double sinks in it, it didn't leave much room around the beds. Our friends stayed on the 4th floor, and their bathroom was smaller with only 1 sink, so their wardrobe was placed differently, and allowed for more room around the beds. We ate at the breakfast buffet one day, but really did think that it was overpriced for the food offered, and there were other patisseries and boulangeries within walking distance with more reasonably priced options. It was a very pleasant neighborhood, and within easy walking distance of the metro, bus or other restaurants. It was also my daughter's birthday while we were there, and the staff were kind enough to put a "swan" heart (of towels) in the room with some balloons and a sign on the door as a surprise!

The property and overall expectation for an IHG hotel was as expected (one of the reasons why we choose to stay in them), except one major disappointing issue. We arrived on 9/13, on 9/16 their elevator broke. They placed a sign that is was a shutdown as part of improvement works it was out of service since the 17th, which was incorrect and odd. We were provided a room on the 7th floor. We had to go up 7 flights of stairs for the remainder of the trip when we departed on 9/19. The part that was most disappointing was that the management/staff made no effort to either offer us a room on a lower floor, (which did appear they had available), assist us with our luggage on the AM of checkout, offer some IHG points (I am a member in long standing), etc. On one occasion, one of the staff members apology seemed very dismissive. We had additional family that had rooms on the 4th and and 5th floors and they had the same comments that I am providing. So what would have been a perfect trip to Paris was smudged by something that could have been handled by just being a little polite. I know they could not fix the elevator, I know what it takes to have them serviced as I have worked for medical practices that have had this happen, and we made every effort to accommodate patients that this may inconvenience.
