Would stay again

Very clean. Awesome wifi and air conditioning. Front desk were friendly. Had to leave key when leaving building. That was a little strange. Good location. No ice. Offered to purchase a glass in bar and bartender refused. Offered him 10 euros to give me any drink on the rocks just keep the liquid and he was very rude and said he wasn't giving out his ice.

Great location

Great location--2 blocks from Luxembourg RER/metro station so easy access to CDG. Can't hear street noise but walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. AC and wifi work well.

Smart hotel tæt ved alt

Dejligt og pænt indrettet hotel med gennemgående stil. Nydeligt renoveret. Lidt slidt. Super hyggelig bar. Bus til Louvre lige udenfor. Nemt fra Lufthavnen til Luxemburg. Dejlig morgenbuffet kan købes. Rigtig godt tilfreds

Hotel was fine although room was small. The shower was totally unsatisfactory being far too small, a large person would have had major problems.

Very small room that was often too cold for March. Disappointed that the bar was closed on Tuesdays. Was nice to get laundry done, but no ironing or even an iron available. Loud students in the late hours. Was central to our needs but saw plenty of other hotels in the area that were as nice. Hallway lighting was very dangerous on remote timers. Didn't feel safe.

Chambre non conforme à la réservation.

Chambre très petite ne pouvant accueillir facilement nos valises. Elle devait avoir une vue sur le panthéon la chambre que l'on nous a attribuée était face à une façade d'immeuble. La douche avec un simple rideau trois centimètres au-dessus du bac la pièce est systématiquement inondée. Après réclamation une autre chambre nous a été donnée avec une baignoire douche donc pas d'inondation mais la chambre pas plus grande que la précédente.

Chambre à la Parisienne (Petite) avec salle de bain minuscule et équipements un peu cheap (rideau de douche tissu, tuyau de douche rigide, etc.) Sinon, le personnel était chaleureux et les chambres très propres.

Some rooms are not well heated

I stayed for 3 nights (end of January), they assigned me a room at Rez-de chaussee, making me notice that the room was renovated recently. The first night I had 15C in the room, the heating system did not work and the bathroom was quite cold. The morning after I asked for a different room, they replied it was not possible because all rooms were taken. Evidently, several people left on that Friday so they could re-assign me in another room just if they wanted. Some of the people at the concierge are barely friendly and their knowledge of English is quite poor, so they tend to address guests in French (I find this rather impolite since most of the guests aren't French!). The hotel rooms are quite, quite small and the rooms are overpriced for the amenities (almost null) one can find in there.

Hotel bien placé et propre

Hotel correct, acceuil et services super sympa, le resto que l'on nous a conseillé était très bon et dans notre gamme de prix. Malheureusement des progrès à faire au niveau de l'insonorisation, on entend les gens dans le couloir et les voitures. Et autres soucis la taille des couvertures qui en largeur était petite (pour moi du moins). Sinon dans l'ensemble satisfait, mais pour de court séjour.

Most convenient for Luxembourg metro

Honestly would stay here again for the convenience of proximity to Luxembourg train station. With the right exit from the station you can be in the hotel within 5 mins.The hotel itself was cute, clean and the staff was friendly. However the room was tiny, and included no amenities ( a coffee fe maker, or microwave would have been nice). Our biggest problem was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could literally have conversations in a normal voice if we wanted too between rooms. As we were on vacation and left early and came back late this didn't bother us too much until the last couple of days when we had possibly the loudest angry neighbors who would arrive at about 2 am fighting, and wake up at 6 am fighting once more. Though, like I said, I would probably stay here again but if this seems like it would be a major issue for you I would definitely stay away.

L hôtesse d'accueil était aimable, mais n'avait pas l'air de bien connaître l'établissement. Hôtel propre et décoration de gout, mais chambre petite et salle de bain très exigüe. Wifi gratuite mais non sécurisée. Beaucoup de bruits par des clients peu discrets toute la soirée jusqu'à 23h passées, avec cavalcade dans les escaliers, cris, tamponnades dans les portes, claquements de portes, tec.... sans que le personnel n'intervienne, même après signalement

They didn't make up the room every day. They charged for a cup of ice!!! And the rooms were tiny!!!
