Excellent

It was a good experience. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They cleaned and tidy up the room everyday. 24/7 receiption and help desk. Good for short stay and very near to Crimme Metro station. For breakfast, not too many items are there. But you Will get good coffee and some croissants.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights during the weekday. The front desk us not 24/7 as advertised and very limited hours, no front desk 10pm to 1pm. There are kios machine to check in but it is not a safe hotel. Our first night we noticed no bolt on door, first time i have seen this in all my years of travel and someone used a key card to get in our room at 4am then return 6 hours later but we barricaded the door by this point. There was no one to call so we had to wait until 1pm and front desk resetted our key card and said theyd check camera but assure us we were safe and later said they could not tell who the guy was or how he got access to our room, we were not happy with our stay. This sour our trip and carried our valuables on us at all times. Do not recommend. Buy a door lock if you decide to stay here but id find another hotel instead.

No towel racks, no hangers, lack of closet space, no wash clothes were available, floor was not swept anytime during the week. No sheet below the conforter. TV on wall was a 24" monitor. Toilet was in a small room there one bumped head on door knob when doing "paperwork". Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful. A good hotel for young travelers who didn't know what a full service hotel should offer. No microwave, no refrigerator, no tissues. toliet paper dispenser (big roll) sounded like a cow bell when being used. Very near the Metro so could get on a train to anywhere easily.

To put it politely, it urgently needs a complete renovation- it’s run down, tired, with exposed/ unfinished work that makes it look like a construction site in places, and whilst the bedding and the carpets in the room were clean, the room itself had years of accumulated dirt that, at the very least, needs a good, deep clean. The A/C was not working half the times, I had a very warm room on the fifth floor and had to go down both nights to switch it on, I could not adjust it myself from the room’s control, and the second night there were some weird noises from (I presume) the general AC system of the hotel. As for breakfast, the “buffet” consisted of tea, coffee, orange juice, a few plain croissants, a few baguettes and two jam jars and butter. That’s it. Overall below-par and not what I was expecting, and it definitely didn’t reflect the price I paid for it.

Chambre petite et triste .aucun confort, douche horrible avec rideau en nylon ! Serviettes tachées ! Pas adaptées pour un hôtel, de différentes couleurs ! On dirait de récupération ! WC séparé sans lavabo , porte sale qui claque fort et reveille tout l’étage la nuit !! Machine à café ok mais pas de tasses pas de capsules de café , ni sucre ni cuillères, ni verres pour l’eau …. Les photos sur le site ne correspondant pas à la réalité surtout la douche ( pour nous c’est la chambre 21) … c’était une expérience très désagréable pour nous.Hotel à éviter !

Je n'ai pas pu dormir, les clients de la chambre 45 ont fait beaucoup de bruit à partir de 4H30 du matin. Un client avait oublié sa carte d'accès il crié OPEN THE DOR, ouvre la porte... et personne ne voulait lui ouvrir. La plaisanterie a durée une bonne demi-heure et comme il n'y avait personne à l’accueil, personne n'a pu intervenir.

Difficile de trouver l'hotel car le nom n'est pas affiché sur la devanture (par peur des avis négatifs ?) ! Il y a 3 noms d'hôtels differents, et cet hôtel fait étalement auberge de jeunesse. J'avais réservé un séjour avec petit dejeuner buffet inclus mais attention ! L'hôtel ne sert plus de petit déjeuners ! Les parties communes sont en mauvais état, loin des photos proposées sur le site ! Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel.

Ten eerste de naam van het hotel klopt niet met de naam wat je boekt. Daarnaast schimmel in de slaapkamer en badkamer, ook zaten er gaten in de muur van de slaapkamer. In de gang lag overal rotzooi, alsof het hotel midden in een verbouwing zou zitten. Het ontbijt bestond uit een croissantje en stukje stokbrood en een pot jam, koffiezetapparaat werkte niet.

Hotel con la classica moquettes degli anni 70s super vecchia e sporca, per giustificarsi c era un cartello con comunicazione di imminenti lavori di ripristino, peccato che il foglio incorniciato fosse ingiallito, presente lì sicuramente da almeno dieci anni, la stanza nn male , ma pulizia scarsa, noi per tre giorni abbiamo dovuto usare a testa solo un asciugamano per tutto, compresa doccia, perché nn li cambiavano, aria condizionata non potevi ne spegnerla ne modificare temperatura, dovevi scendere giù e comunicare, risultato alzati congelati e indolenziti, basterebbe davvero poco, non c'è interesse nel far stare decentemente i clienti

Positiv: Frühstück, Fahrstuhl, stabiles WLAN, sehr bemühtes freundliches Personal, gute Dusche und Klimaanlage (man muss wissen, dass sie nur zentral von der Rezeption beeinflusst werden kann). Toll auch das supersympathische indische Restaurant gleich nebenan und der leckere Bäcker samt Metro-Eingang gleich um die Ecke. Negativ: Der insgesamt abgewohnte und renovierungsbedürftige Zustand des Hotels, das für drei Personen doch sehr kleine Zimmer, teils defekte Lampen am Bett. Keine gute Gegend.
