The staff were friendly. The hotel's location was ideal. It’s in a quiet area, yet perfectly connected to public transportation. With effortless access to all city attractions via bus, or train, or a short stroll. All these made my visit was both delightful and invigorating.

It was a lovely stay from the friendly staff at the front desk (and glass of champagne welcome!), to the clean and comfortable room, to the chic Left Bank neighborhood all outside your door. I loved it! Walked all around the city never needing a cab anywhere, I would stay there again and look forward to it!

Very charming and pretty hotel in a quiet area of Paris that is close to everything. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We had an amazing time and could not praise the staff or Hôtel more, the welcome was amazing and no ask was too much. The location is excellent, being a stone’s throw from the Louvre and Place de la Concorde. Only tiny things were no red wine on the honesty bar and the lights in the room bathroom were quite bright so may need a dimmer.

The Hotel d’Orsay is a charming boutique hotel located just a half-block from the world-famous Musée d’Orsay, a short stroll from the Quai d’Orsay, and directly across the Seine from the Tuileries Gardens—an ideal base for exploring Paris. The hotel is beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make each stay memorable. The staff is extraordinary—warm, attentive, and eager to help with anything from dinner reservations to cab arrangements to simple questions about the city. The breakfast room is delightful, offering everything from light pastries to pancakes and eggs, all served with care. We stayed several nights and came to know the team well. Everyone—from the front desk to the kitchen to housekeeping—was unfailingly professional and genuinely committed to making our visit one of the true highlights of our time in the City of Light.
