Schöner Aufenthalt in Paris

Das Hotel Déclic hat sehr zu meinem guten Aufenthalt in Paris beigetragen. Die Lage war praktisch, neben der Metrostation und mitten von vielen Restaurants und Cafés, trotzdem war die Straße ruhig und man konnte ungestört abends schlafen. Das Hotel war schön sauber und das Personal sehr nett, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

joli douillet mais ...

au premier abord la chambre est très joli le lit et propre est confortable mais quand on regarde de plus prés on trouve de la poussière sur les étagère et la télévision ainsi que le bureau qui se désolidarise du mur dans la salle de bain qui est aussi joli même problème des taches sur les murs de la douche le porte papier toilette et porte gobelet ne sont pas bien fixé et sur les quatre serviettes a notre disposition des tache marron sont présente sur deux d'entre elle le personnel est serviable et souriant mais les prestations ne sont pas parfaite en effet j'avais pris le petit déjeuner en supplément covid oblige il est servie en chambre (feuille a remplir la veille avec commande et horaire) le premier jour j'ai du réclamer le petit déjeuner car il n'es pas arriver a l'heure le deuxième jour il avait perdu ma commande j'ai due également réclamer la prestation de l’hôtel m'a déçu j'en attendais plus d'un quatre étoiles

Suite Paparazzi in stato di degrado assoluto

Suite arredata molto bene. Peccato che sia stata lasciata in uno stato di totale abbandono, in totale assenza di manutenzione e carente di pulizia. Non oso immaginare le altre camere! Nonostante sia stato fatto presente per ben 4 volte che diverse lampadine non fossero funzionanti, siamo andati via, dopo 5 giorni, senza che nessuna di esse fosse stata mai sostituita. Gancio della doccetta della vasca completamente sradicato dal muro. Scopino del water assente. La pulizia quotidiana della camera mai effettuata, niente rifornimento di bagnoschiuma, né di carta igienica.... Altro???

It was a nice hotel but what they don’t tell you is the a/c thermostat is locked at 33 degrees Celsius. We called down repeatedly for them to lower the air conditioner and they would oblige but only for about thirty minutes then back to 33 ugh!!! The housekeeping is horrible, trash left in room from previous guests and dust everywhere.

Good hotel - very quirky

The staff were very very kind when I had my wallet stolen on the Metro (which is now dangerous particularly around Gare Du Nord). We had to ask for another room because we were offered one without any wardrobe but otherwise it was good. he finishing touches to the rooms are great fun event though they are small.

besoin d'être remis à neuf et former les employés

Nous avons séjourner deux nuits à l’hôtel Déclic, nous sommes arrivés à 21h à l’hôtel, nous avons fais notre Check-in qui s’est passé , demoiselle pas très professionnelle mais sympathique. Nous montons donc dans notre chambre et surprise la chambre n’étais pas faite. Lit complètement défait. Déchets en vue, poubelle retournée.. Nous descendons donc à la réception pour le signaler, on nous upgrade pour une suite. Arrivé dans la suite il faisait caillant , la clime à fond. Enfin bon il y’avait des taches de café sur la moquette, des tache d’usures sur les tables les de nuits. Porte de la salle de bain sales. Enfin nous nous attendions pas du tout à ça. Nous avons essayé d’appeler là réceptions à plusieurs reprises pour avoir le mot de passe du wifi. Sans succès. Nous avons du descendre. Mini Bar excessivement chère!! Literie confortable mais chambre très petites. Bonne Location :10 minutes des champs en voiture. Nous avons trouvé de la place devant l’hôtel. Payant de 9h à 20h.
