Staff was very accommodating. Arrived from an early flight and we were planning to ask if we could leave our luggage in the hotel before the 2pm check-in time, however, they allowed us to have an early check-in without us asking at no extra charge. Very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were absolutely lovely, the breakfast was delicious, the room had everything we could need including a fridge and kettle and fully stocked tea and coffee station, the location was perfect and so close to the train station and there were so many lunch and dinner spots around. 10/10 would definitely stay again 😊

We had just come off a stay at a location in London, which was fair at best and we were so thankful and pleasantly surprised at the far better accommodations, wonderfully helpful staff, clean and spacious beautiful room at this hotel. It was a fantastic location just one block away from the metro and several great dining options. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Room was adorable and large- staff were very kind and helpful. However, the demo and rehab of adjacent rooms beginning early in the morning was not exactly what we expected. The elevator was tied up during the day for tradesmen and the noise from across and in the hall was hard to tolerate early. Location is great as is staff. Hopefully the rehab work is completed soon.

The Best.

The Hotel let me check in early. This is a small 35 bedroom hotel with a Paris Metro station 300 meters from the front door, The room has everything you will need for your stay in Paris. Local shops and bars on every corner.

Extremely clean. ..good sized family room..website and brochure in room suggested that drinks could be taken downstairs but when we tried at 18.00ish nothing was available..completely dead...so went out. Great if going to comedy shows close by but a long way from tourist sites

The property is centrally located and close to a major subway line. A lot of quality restaurants, bars, and attractions are not too far away by foot. The staff are friendly and helpful. One negative is that the shower stalls may be too small for people who are over 5'10", or are considerably overweight.

Excellent location, beautiful room

I stayed in this hotel just for a night with my two kids. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable... receptionist were nice and spoke in English.. we also were able to leave our bags for a day. The location is good as it is close to tram and some nice restaurants, coctail bars. We felt safe walking around this area. The only thing we were missing, the breakfast person weren't speaking in English...and breakfast were extremely basic for the price. Also, do not expect to chill in the loby until late as there are no bar or restaurant open till late inside the hotel. In overall, the stay was good, would come back again.

Everything was great. I was there only for one night. The only problem I noticed was the shower. Wasn’t clean and seemed like some mold were growing. I’m sure it’s an oversight. The rest was quaint and clean and professional.

This hotel was welcoming and quiet, even though it's only half a block from a very busy street. Our room was clean and comfortable, although getting luggage up the last flight of stairs was a bit of a struggle. Linens were in good shape and the bed was firm. The shower, if you are over 5'4", will be a challenge as the sloping roof leaves little head room in that area. Otherwise, the quad room was very comfortable for two parents with two older kids along. Local restaurant, Metro and laundry services were appreciated. The dining area was comfortable and we enjoyed a relaxed breakfast every morning.
