Wonderful stay :-) Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of options for breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel is the best! Close to 2 metro stations and so central that you can walk to most neighborhoods of Paris. The airport train station is like 1 minute away. I would definitely stay here again.

Smallest hotel rooms in Paris!

The location is very good, a wonderful part of Paris. The hotel is in good condition. BUT I have never stayed or seen a smaller room.it was so small you had to turn sideways to get around and still received a few bruises!

A fun location

We were there for several days.we have family in the neighborhood and they suggested this hotel.The room is designed for comfort.The location is perfect .There is an elevator.Breakfast was included,but it’s every man for himself

Very disappointed in the fact that my shower drain was incredibly slow and also water leaked onto the bathroom floor as well from the seal of the shower. Disgusting! I told the front desk person on Sunday Oct. 30, 2022. He marked it down for the cleaning staff, but never asked about moving me to another room. Monday Oct. 31, 2022 I checked out and informed the front desk again that I would have to leave a review and the On-Duty manager overheard me and asked what the problem was, so I told her and the front desk person. They informed me that nothing had been said to them by the night front desk person, but yet I just passed a cleaning lady and she asked me if it was my shower that needed to be fixed. They didn’t have the common sense or courtesy to apologize and try to rectify my situation. They charged full price of the room even though I had a shower that didn’t drain and I had to stand in my own dirty water. Incredible lack of human decency. This hotel is so cool- over 100 years old and family owned for 4 generations. So much to look at and appreciate just inside the hotel. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The area is very busy and loud especially at night- and the room is not sound proof. But worth it to have so much see and do right out the door. Staff were super friendly helpful.
