I had no curtains, staff said is this a problem, well yea dont want to be woken early by sun,went out for evening and they then changed my room which to be fair was very nice.adequate hotel in very good location

Please avoid this place at all cost. I booked a room there because location seems great. And I confirm that location is great. This is it. Forget about the rest, it is a SHAME. Dirty. Breakfast is a shame. NO WIFI!! (description of the hotel states there is WIFI: it is wrong) and front desk lady is an absolute scandal. We actually booked 4 nights but left after a night and went to another hotel. Just avoid this place and you'll be ok.

Amazing service, the receptionist is very attentive to our needs. We had to arrive late at night and she helped us with everything by phone Great location, try the Brazilian coffee shop next to it , Cafuné and also the Portuguese one. Is amazing. Also the break fast was very good ❤️

It took 45 minutes to check in . Old receptionist is very slow. Room did not have water, soaps, shampoo, conditioners or any liquids at all. No water. Bathroom is smaller than flight toilet. Too expensive for what they are providing.

Very disappointing - avoid

Avoid this hotel- the check in is terrible. The person at reception is difficult as other say. The reception is only open from around 1pm so we had to wait to speak to someone, then any bag storage or early check is charged extra (long list of things charged extra, even a fan). For the price the room it is not nice - bare, hot/stuffy, small and a lot of street noise. Windows very difficult to open/close. The lights in the room didn’t turn off fully with the switch oddly so had to cover with clothing (see photo). The area is quite nice and convenient to the metro station.

: trou dans la porte de la salle d'eau, tapisserie par endroit déchiré, bureau non réparé, tâches d'humidité sur joint de baignoire et pour finir dérouleur de papier WC non fonctionnel.Pour ce qui est des petits déjeuners, les croissants et Les pains au chocolat étaient sûrement de la veille ou l'avant veille. Accueil sympathique. Dommage car le quartier est très agréable et pas loin du métro.

Unfassbar, dass so ein Hotel überhaupt noch angeboten wird! Allein das Einchecken war eine Frechheit! Wir waren um 14 Uhr im Hotel und bekamen gesagt, dass das Zimmer erst um 15 Uhr fertig wäre. Wir sind dann um 14:50 Uhr zurückgekommen, da war die „Rezeptionistin“ am Telefonieren und hörte auch bis 15 Uhr nicht mehr damit auf. Dann kam nämlich ihre Ablösung. Mittlerweile warteten mehrere Gäste auf das Einchecken. Das dauerte bei jedem aber 15 Minuten. Warum? Keine Ahnung? Es war nicht ersichtlich , warum der Mitarbeiter minutenlang nur auf den Computerbildschirm starrte. In der Bestätigung von Expedia habe ich leider erst hinterher gesehen, dass der Check-Inn ab 14:30 Uhr möglich ist. Im Hotel selbst war alles sehr alt und ungepflegt, den Handlauf im Flur mochte man nicht anfassen, so klebrig war der. Im Zimmer gab es nur Handtücher für einen Gast, wobei das Zimmer noch einen relativ sauberen Eindruck machte. Dusche und Toilette: na ja…., kein Fön, Duschvorhang mit Flecken…. Ich möchte dort nicht noch einmal übernachten. Der Preis von 146,-€ war Wucher, aber während Olympia bezahlt man das, die Hotels machen sich jetzt die Taschen voll! Ich würde diesen Hotel uneingeschränkt nicht empfehlen und Expedia raten, es aus der Vermittlung zu nehmen!

家族経営でやっている様で、人手も少なく、掃除等が追いついていない。 フロントで呼んでも直ぐ反応してくれない。 他に比べて値段が安かったので、直ぐ契約したが、安い理由が分かりました。 1つだけ良かった事は、駅から徒歩5分の場所であった事、非常に便利でした。

Cet établissement devrait être considéré comme un insectarium et non comme un hôtel! Vous pourrez observer des dizaines de coquerelles tout à fait gratuitement à même votre chambre. Je vous épargne de la qualité du service à la réception clairement la dame vie sur une autre planète! Personne ne pouvait nous accueillir à notre arrivée, donc la première nuit nous avons dû nous trouver un autre hôtel d’urgence. La dame nous reprochait ne pas l’avoir avisé de notre arrivée tardive mais elle ne répond pas au téléphone! Sans blague en 35 ans de vie c’est le pire hôtel jamais vu! Épargnez-vous ce cauchemar et réservez ailleurs… bon voyage :)

悪いホテル

帰宅すると私物が無くなっており、フロントに掛け合うと始めは“メイドが鍵をかけ忘れていた”という言葉のみ。その後も掛け合ったらメイドが返却しにきました。またWIFI環境ありという事前案内にも関わらず故障と言われ、明日直るという合わないにも関わらず滞在期間中一度もWiFiが使えませんでした。 悪いホテルでした。もう利用しません。

Il a le mérite d’exister

J’ai mis 2 étoiles car l’hôtel a au moins le mérite d’exister. Bien que le personnel soit sympathique et que l’hôtel soit bien placé, le reste est à revoir ; il est nécessaire d’avoir un coup de neuf et de propre dans cet établissement (vieux, lugubre, tâches au sol, cheveux sur les murs de la salle de bain, rideau de douche trop petit donc tout coule par terre, robinet de douche qui fuit, les serviettes et draps ne sont pas renouvelés lorsque l’on dort plusieurs nuits et j’en passe).

Une grande déception

Pas de wifi, lumières qui fonctionnent partiellement, état dégradé, fenêtres simple vitrage, télévision dont l'antenne ne permet que de capter quelques chaînes sans saccades ou même absence de signal, petit déjeuner plus que minimaliste et cerise sur le gâteau, un cafard sur le sol au réveil... je ne recommande pas.

L'image très racoleuse sur votre site ne correspond pas à la situation de l'hôtel, celui-ci, bien que bien situé, n'est pas propre, bruyant, les chambres et salles de bains sont petites, la literie, en 140cm est fatiguée, la salle des petits déjeuners glauque.
