After arriving at another hotel which was not what it seemed on paper I was searching for a new accommodation in Paris and came across this hotel and decided to book it. It was a far better experience from the start with a kind person at reception who greeted me warmly and took my bags until check in, to checking in and discovering they had already placed my bags in my room, and arriving in a room that was adequately sized for the price, felt extremely clean (my previous booking did not), and where I immediately felt my stress and anxiety go away. The hotel is slightly removed from the hustle and bustle but was an easy walk to the Seine and one of my most enjoyable days was walking along the river to all the attractions I wanted to review. Transit back to the area took a little bit of time (20-30 min) but was easy and straightforward. I felt welcomed and as a person that frets about the state of the room I was more than comfortable and happy. I would definitely book again if I visit Paris in the future.

The room was well appointed and spotless. Bathroom was small but had enough space to accommodate our needs. Bathroom products were delightful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had adjoining rooms with a common (private) corridor. This was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Just wifi quit every time you go out . The staff was great and very helpful. The room was small. Location is good just 15 minutes walk from Eiffle tower and very close to supermarket and shopping mall. The area is safe. Upscale neighborhood.

The ac is controlled by the front desk and they refuse to raise the temperature. It was extremely hot and on our last night they offered a fan instead of adjusting the temperature. The mini fridges do not work. Or did the tv in our room. There was also someone smoking in spite of it being a no smoking hotel. For all these issues we were given free breakfast that consisted of cold pancakes a couple of pastries. Very bad experience!

Lovely small boutique hotel. Rooms were lovely, compact but well thought it, I expect this in central Paris. Big bathroom with lovely luxury bath products supplied. We were lucky to get a ground floor room that had a small courtyard with seats. We went out to a local bakery / supermarket and hot breakfast and sat out - very convenient, plus nespresso coffee maker in the room. Area was quiet, felt safe and close to metro stop.

The air conditionig was spotty for the first 3 days and they provided a fan but it still wasnt that effective given that Paris was going through a heat wave and 95 degree weather. They finally fixed it by the 4th night of a 5 night stay. The staff were really nice.

We picked this hotel because it was reasonably priced and had a two bedroom suite area that we needed for the family. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. I really appreciated that. As most big city hotels go, the rooms and bathrooms were small, but that was OK. Unfortunately, our bathroom layout was difficult...the toilet and tub areas were cramped and difficult to move about if you are a taller or larger person. I kept stubbing my toe on the door stop, which was in the path of walking to the toilet. The breakfasts were nice, but nothing special. Common spaces also were a bit cramped, but functional. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but didn't really seem to go above and beyond.

The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. They take time with you and you never feel like a bother to them. Rooms are small, but that’s expected in a large European city. The mini fridge in our room didn’t chill things as cold as we’d like. But the nespresso machine in room was a nice touch. Housekeeping did a wonderful job at keeping our room refreshed daily. It’s close enough to the Eiffel Tower but far enough from the noise of the city to be more peaceful. Overall, we had a lovely experience.
