The location was good, the lady at the breakfast was very nice but the breakfast was very limited. We were most concerned about the cleanness, the room was so dusty and in the wardrobe there was another guests clothes. I would not stay again because it was not clean. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. I don't know how it advertises itself as a 4 star.

Great location close to everything walkable.. room was comfortable and very clean pillows were so unbelievable!!! Also the staff went above and beyond helping us with every need. Manager was very charismatic great personality and he even walked us with an umbrella to our Uber in the pouring rain.. great service will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are clean, the location was excellent and staff are friendly. To get hot water for a shower the wait was over 7 minutes, the towels are old and very thin. No coffee makers in the rooms and you can't get coffee until after 7:00AM.

The guest services were excellent. We were impressed with the staffs' command of English. They were very transparent about the fees. The breakfast was delicious. We were, however, given a room with 2 problems, 1 was the stains on the wall, which were unsightly and 2 the room had no curtains and the bright light across the street kept us up at night.

What worked: - Reception Staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to arrange tickets, transport and provide guidance on everything. Thank you again! - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Champs Elysees & Metro few minutes by walk. - Late breakfast till 11.30 What could have been better: - Rooms will feel small for those used to vacationing in Dubai and Far East etc. - Room Cleaning needs to improve. Dusting and washing of glasses etc. is a standard room cleaning exercise globally.

Very bad for our first night as we were given a weird room with long steep stairs inside the room to connect the bathroom and the bedroom. Request to change immediately to a normal Classic room but was directed to a smelly small room on the first floor. We’re told no more options and we could only accept the room with stairs. The next day we managed to change to a normal classic room, but we’re told they have upgraded us and we should have been really grateful! I just think this is what we should have and this is not at your mercy! And the weird thing is we were told to paid a 200 euro deposit but it was not mentioned at the booking. We we checked out the same lady charged us the deposit said it will only be refunded at the end of the day! We are leaving but we were not given the deposit right away, what’s is this for? Not a good experience as we were not treated friendly even we had paid all the hotel room fee well before we arrived at the hotel!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und war nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein (mit zwei Kindern im Zimmer war es etwas eng), was für die Lage aber nichts außergewöhnlich ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es fehlte nichts.
