The staff was so accommodating, there was an internet issue area wide beyond the hotels control. They still helped us with hot spot connections on there personal phones to make connections with our tours and travel. Way above the call of duty by the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Lumen in Paris! The location was superb and could not be beat. So centrally located in the 1st and right by the Louvre. We had the duplex suite which was perfect for our family of 4, so the kids could sleep downstairs and had their own bathroom. Room was very nice and bathroom was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris. It was central to all the sights, located in a quiet, clean, safe area with access to restaurants, shopping and the Metro, staffed by welcoming, kind, and helpful staff, and very well-appointed. We originally planned to stay in another area of town for the last few days of our trip, but we liked the Lumen so much that we cancelled our other reservation and finished out our trip at the Lumen! We can't say enough about the front desk staff and the restaurant/bar staff - everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Paris, I would not hesitate to stay there again!

This moderate sided, cozy hotel is located just 2 minutes walk to Lauvre and near many sightseeings. The staffs of this hotel are super friendly and warm. All front desks are excellent, in particular Slavisa, due to my mistakes on my hotel payment and airplane departure time, I frequently asked his help on my checkout during my last night stay. He barely could sleep due to my frequent requests. He was super friendly and patience and resolved my concerns and tension immediately. The room is very clean and excellent service and the breakfasts were delicious. Staying this hotel was one of my happiness things during my trip to Paris. I would recommend my Chinese folks to choose Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre.

The property location is brilliant. We were 5 minutes walk to Louvre Museum and many bus and metro options available as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kindly helped make a short trip very special. The air conditioning during the heatwave was nice to have. Negatives: The sink was blocked and had grime coming up. Only realised this late at night and left very early next morning so did not complain. The room had a few door handles missing, and the street was very noisy with windows open.

The hotel was centrally located and very near to nots of interest like Eiffel towers, Louver museum, Rivoli and all of central Paris. The staff were all very courteous and professional. They all go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant and memorable one . I give the staff 11 stars.
