We enjoyed the spa one afternoon - very clean and relaxing. We had lunch in the bistro which was great. We are not big breakfast eaters so I cannot comment on hte breakfast but expect it was excellant
We loved the hotel: the environment, the great room {and bathroom}; the wonderful, well-trained, pleasant staff; the convenience to places important to us; the bar; the general ambiance.
Excellent hotel. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff is amazing, food is amazing, the rooms are top notch. It does not get any better then this.
One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Hotel Lutetia is an incredible hotel. The team there are incredible, impeccable service. The rooms are pristine and well equipped. I would most definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris.
The location is fantastic. Walkable to the main areas of interest and very close to great shopping. Also across the street from a metro station. Felt very safe. Staff is very attentive and always willing to help.
We love the ambiance, the fact that the general facility and specific room/bathroom was in excellent condition. We love the location. The staff is well trained, professional but cordial and always helpful. {they went successfully above and beyond to find an expensive scarf of mine and were prompt in fixing a small problem.} The fitness center could be a little better thought out and equipped.
Wonderful and beautiful can’t describe how great this hotel is in every aspect. Level of service and the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. It will definitely be my hotel of choice whenever i visit Paris.
This Hotel is amazing. Expensive, but worth every penny.
The staff, the decor, the rooms felt as if an unlimited budget was spent.
The spa and spa pool were also 5 star - beautiful staff and architecture. Best place to stay in Paris
Great stay but I was disappointed the staff didn’t take care of the crowd outside the front entrance. It was not safe to enter through the main doors on Sunday (we would have to step in the street with incoming traffic). We had to go through the brasserie to make our way to our room. Passerby’s couldn’t safely use the sidewalk either.
Wow, where to start… this is probably the best hotel experience i’ve ever had, and i do travel a lot. A historic real estate fully renovated. All is pristine. Facilities are VERY technological and modern (no Louis XIV furniture) but the frescoes on the wall and the architecture remind you are in historical Paris. Location is perfect with all the nice shops, le grand epicerie and bon marche just a few steps, without the hordes of (other) tourists.
Joana at the reception made the stay even more special with a tour of the property and some special tips, as well as kindness that you wouldn’t expect! Proper restaurant and beautiful bar. Not a cheap hotel but it was worth every penny.
