This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They tried hard to find me a wine bottle opener, involving 3 of their staff. The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. This is to be expected as the hotel is close to the train terminal. The Metro station is literally just across the street so we felt safe enough. However, some simple improvements would be nice. There is no fridge, no facial tissue, no body lotion, only one soap bottle for both hair and body wash, no conditioner, only one trashcan, no USB charging outlets, only 2 instant coffee sticks, only 2 paper cups.

Room was very clean and staff came everyday even if we had the do not disturb in the morning they came back in the afternoon which was nice. Only drawback was our shower was partially broken (nothing to hang it on so had to hold the handle yourself). Didn’t use the outdoor area since it wasn’t obvious where it was.

Je fais beaucoup d hôtel je n ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi propre bravo aux agents d entretien!!!! Félicitations !!! Quand on rentre dans la chambre ça sent hyper bon , gel douche rituals . Café et thé à dispo avec bouilloire . Très étonnant pour un hôtel sur Paris même côté rue très peu de bruit et pas de femme de ménage qui nous réveillent des 7h du matin comme dans les autres hôtels . Petit jardin très mignon et étonnant dans ce quartier de Paris Pas trouvé le mot de passe wifi
